A local friend recommended this place when we wanted to treat ourselves to a little more than the usual supermarket wines. We will definitely come back, and it is an awesome place to bring your Madeira visitors.

The owner was really great about making a wine recommendation, and the charcuterie board was perfeito! I had to be talked into having the brownie; do not be me, order it. It was an amazing end to a great evening.

What a little gem. We had such a nostalgic evening at this magical wine bar. You can feel, taste and see the passion and dedication that goes into the wine and food selection.

Our favorite bar on the island and the only one we visited three times in a row! Great selection of wines, quality food (try the brownies!) and spirits. Owner is kind and we felt like we were visiting a friend after the third night, will definitely return, next time with better Portuguese :-)

Leckere Weine, sehr leckere Tapas und ein Besitzer, der mit dem Herzen bei der Sache ist. Und zum Glück etwas ab vom Touristenstrom und Instagram, sonst würde man vermutlich keinen Platz bekommen. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Recomendo! Espaço acolhedor e ótima seleção de vinhos. O pão recheado com queijo é uma ótima combinação para beber com 1 garrafa de vinho.

Fantástico local, muitíssimo bem decorado, aproveitando a histórica mercearia que outrora ali operava. Grande variedade de vinhos, para todos os gostos, acompanhados por muito bem elaboradas tábuas. A simpatia do proprietário enriquece e muito a experiência deste local. Para repetir muitas vezes!

Wir waren als Touristen in unserem Urlaub öfter hier und waren jedes Mal wirklich sehr zufrieden. Der Wein war sehr lecker und die angebotenen kleinen Speisen sehr lecker. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Ist einen Besuch auf jeden Fall wert!
