Quinta dos Amigos

When I read reviews about this resort someone said the photos don’t do it justice as it’s much nicer, and oh boy is that true! This is such a beautiful place, with attention to every little detail and it’s easy to relax in this peaceful oasis. You can tell how much effort goes into maintaining the great variety of plants. I’d say the resort suits everyone like couples, a group of friends and families. We went with our 2yo toddler and she enjoyed the swings, trampoline, gardens, and the toddler pool, which has shallow water and a big parasol to provide shade. There are adults and children’s books for all ages in their own little library as well as board games. There are two main big pools, one for adults only. There were always enough sun-loungers; pool towels can be bought or rented (5€ per stay). There is a small shop for basic necessities, cold drinks as well as some toys and souvenirs. The apartments are unique and maintained very well, each of them comes with its own patio and BBQ. There is no air conditioning, but fans are provided. We managed fairly well without air-con despite the hot temperatures during the day, as temperatures drop at night and leaving the windows open will cool down the rooms; all windows come with proper, sturdy fly screens. They also arrange massage therapy, which we highly recommend! Carla provides fantastic, relaxing massages on site. There are a couple of restaurants and a small supermarket in walking distance, however, a car is probably more practical. Quarteira beach is a 8-minute drive away, roughly 7€ via Uber. Overall we really enjoyed our stay a lot and would surely come back again!

One of the loveliest places I have stayed. Not central so a hire car recommended (although Ubers are cheap) but quiet, lovely pools. Amazing restaurants nearby, no need to go into the overpriced marina. Beautiful beaches only 10mins drive away.

Truly an incredible place. I was not expecting how beautiful it was given how reasonable the pricing was. Sandrine was super welcoming and made fantastic recommendations.

We loved our stay at Quinta dos Amigos! The apartments are well equipped, spacious, clean and with good beds.
The staff are very kind. We had a birthday of our 8th year old son and we forgot to bring decorations. With the help of the manager we were able to make it a colourful party anyway. But it were the little things that made this quinta really stand out. Every corner has been designed with love. Chapeau!

Quinta dos Amigos is the only place I will stay when in the Algarve! So calm and relaxing, super clean, lovely staff. We had a late flight, so we asked for a late check out and Sandrine the owner was very understanding and helpful in accommodating us!

If you're looking to go to the beach you'll need a car overall is perfect for families. 2 pools & 1 for families.

Amazing holiday at an amazing location.

Best Place at Algarve!

Een klein paradijs achter de toegangspoort. Een prachtige met liefde onderhouden tuin. Een oase van rust. 2 mooie zwembaden met ligbedden en voldoende parasols. Leuke plekjes en zitjes rond zwembad aanwezig. De zwembaden zijn diep. Maar er is bij 1 zwembad een klein kinderbadje aanwezig. Ook een klein winkeltje voor wat kleine artikelen aanwezig. Onbemand, opschrijf systeem. En alles super schoon. Ze blijven poetsen. Goede bedden, ruime badkamer een inrichting die ik geweldig vond, het is een mix van allemaal leuke opgeknapte meubels. Wij hadden superior app. Heel erg gastvrij ontvangen door Sandrine. Super vriendelijke eigenaar. Hadden geluk dat we het app. eerder in mochten en ook langer mochten bezetten bij laat vertrek. Dit omdat we in een rustige periode waren. Met de auto (die je wel nodig hebt) de hele Algarve ontdekt. Op loopafstand eten (3 min) kan bij Simone O Bom Paladar. Heerlijk eten met zeer vriendelijke bediening.

A l'écoute et aux petits soins avant et pendant notre séjour sans compter sur elle et ses équipes pour tenir et entretenir ce petit coin de paradis.

10 dagen geweest. Mooie huisjes in soort van klein dorpje. 2 zwembaden en verwarmd kinderbadje. Prachtig bijgehouden planten en bomen (tuin). Klein bibliotheekje aanwezig en klein (camping)winkeltje waar je wat souvenirs en handige spulletjes (wijntje/bbq kolen e.d.) kunt kopen. De service is meer dan prima. Alles wordt steeds netjes schoon gemaakt zowel in als om het huisje.

Adorámos e recomendamos!!! A Sandrine (proprietária) é de um trato maravilhoso e sempre disponível. O espaço é fantástico!

C’est le paradis sur terre , le lieu est splendide et l’accueil est fabuleux ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos vacances . Merci beaucoup Sandrine .

Heerlijke plek om te verblijven en mooi startpunt voor allerlei tripjes. Verschillende stranden zijn super dichtbij.

Het is echt mooier dan op de foto’s!! Twee fijne zwembaden en de huisjes zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is er rustig en zen. Echt een oase door alle mooie bloemen en planten en kleine nisjes en steegjes tussen de huisjes in.

Huisje is lekker koel met eigen terrasje en BBQ. Zat supermarken en restaurants in de buurt. Je kan ook steeds meer afhalen/ bestellen in de omgeving.

De eigenaren is een familie en verzorgen alles tot in de puntjes. Mega aanrader!

Adorei esta experiência, tive umas férias encantadoras num espaço muito acolhedor inserido numa paisagem exótica, tudo pensado ao pormenor e com bom gosto, para que o cliente se sinta em casa.
As piscinas são muito boas, sempre limpas. As casas também.

A Quinta está localizada perto de 2 praias muito boas, com areias limpas e finas. A água do mar estava maravilhosa, bem quentinha.

Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf bij Quinta Dos Amigos. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echt een aanrader!

Een hele fijn tijd gehad! Wat een thuisgevoel had ik hier. Hele mooie accommodatie met allemaal kleine en gezellige hoekjes en een hele lieve eigenaar. Ik weet waar ik de volgende keer weer heen ga in de Algarve !
