Maria's Restaurant and Beach, Algarve

Amazing restaurant on the beach with fabulous view. Excellent food, friendly staff, DJ, really busy. They wanted to charge us double amount by mistake, but it was quickly corrected after we pointed it out.

Our friends whom we are visiting in Almancil invited us for lunch at this beautiful spot, which is meters away from the beach.

Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious.

The service was attentive and professional as you would expect from a restaurant of this quality.

The view is spectacular and can be enjoyed for hours!

A little break in the morning as Manas was still closed. I felt I was in paradise with a lovely service and à place that was quiet. Only the waves were giving some relaxing atmosphere. The waiters are super nice

We absolutely love Maria's. Downstairs for dining, upstairs for partying!!
The food was excellent and you won't get a better atmosphere in the Algarve. All the staff are friendly and can't do enough to make sure you have a great experience.
This is a must visit place if you're in the area.

We spent a wonderful evening here and watched the sunset. It's not a cheap place, but we'll worth it.

The most beautiful setting, a rooftop dining area overlooking the beach. Very chilled and relaxed. The waiter was fantastic and the food was incredible, one of the best meals I've ever eaten. I'll definitely be visiting again.

Amazing food, staff and atmosphere. We had a girls lunch here that transitioned into drinks on the sun deck and watching the sun set. Great fun.

A lovely beachside restaurant serving fresh, delicious seafood in a great setting. Sunbeds are available just below (€20) with a little snack shack for some quick refreshments. We had intended to only stay for the morning, but were so comfortable and satisfied with everything, we ended up staying the entire day!

Third visit to the Algarve, Second visit to Maria’s and once again did not disappoint.

The atmosphere was a party, the band was very good and everybody got involved. Even a few celebs were up dancing.

The food was good and very reasonably priced for somewhere as exclusive and difficult to book as it is.

I had the octopus salad and the Peri-Peri chicken & my partner had the Tempura prawns followed by Tricolore salad. For desert we shared some lemon Sorbet.

After the band had finished we ventured up to the roof terrace for some cocktails and a beautiful sunset.

Highly recommend you visit during your stay but be sure to book WELL in advance.

Fantastic place, right on the beach... great space, great food, both traditional and more sophisticated... good wine menu... fantastic sunset... great DJ... a must go... to enjoy Life...

Stopped off on a walk along the beach we had sea bass and a ceaser salad with a glass of wine and a cold glass of beer.
Been here lots of times over the years and always go back as service food and drinks are always good.
The view is fantastic to.

A fantastic restaurant, it was unusually quiet due to the travel restrictions across Europe currently (June 2021) but service was brilliant, the food was amazing and so was the wine. The restaurant faces the beach so you have spectacular views, it makes for perfect ambiance and I would highly recommend visiting.

We hosted our pre-wedding drinks at Marias on 01.09.23 on the rooftop and it was incredible! The staff were all incredible and service ran so smoothly. The food and drinks were flowing and all delicious! The DJ was great and started 30 minutes early for us and everyone loved his music. It was just the most beautiful setting made even more enjoyable by how amazing and friendly Maria's team have been and thank you SO much for giving us and our wedding guests the most beautiful experience. We can’t wait to be back!

Lovely restaurant right on the beach with the most gorgeous sunsets. Gorgeous food and cocktails and rose sangria.

Really enjoyed the Sunday session here recently, with great music and fun for all. Food was really nice (linguine with tiger prawn) and the boardwalk table setting for the sunset was awesome.

Lovely place and perfect views. We had a drink in the upper deck and watched the sunset... the Sunset View drink is delicious. Food and wines were perfect. *Make sure to reserve ahead.

Amazing sunset vibe, great rooftop with dj and nice cocktails. The food was really nice too, nothing groundbreaking but absolutely perfect for a nice evening

Had a fantastic dinner at Maria’s last night with my better half, despite not booking and them managing to squeeze us in. Attentive and friendly staff, fantastic food and good wine selection, with an espresso martini that my wife told me was the best she’d had.

Would recommend to anyone.
