I had a very tricky insurance coverage recently, involving someone who purchased our house and also wanting to buy our car. He lived in Singapore so yes, very tricky ! I recently had to shop around for some Marine Insurance and tried a number of providers. Of all of the ones I tried, Ibex, and specifically Fatima Candido, was excellent. Providing a provisional quotation, following this up with a detailed form, helping us out when we were unsure about the meaning of the questions on the form. Clarifying what was included and what not, and, when there was uncertainty, going off to check with the insurer to make sure, then getting back to us quickly. We were in a bit of a rush as we had to get the boat moved on a Saturday and the Marina wouldn't accept us without insurance being in place. I cannot thank Fatima enough as she worked considerably later than the office closing hours to ensure that we had a cover note in place. Very professional and I would recommend Ibex to my friends & family.
