20 mil euros depois dos melhoramentos e nao estão à altura de qualquer obra. Ja fiz obras em muitos apartamentos e esta dupla é uma verdadeira fraude! Bons de marketing mas depois da obra concluida torna se nitido onde é que obtiveram o lucro! Desde os acabamentos no estuque, a interruptores desnivelados, aos arcondicionados de marca AUX (que nunca tinha ouvido falar), é tudo muito mau! Passado 1 ano, a arcondicionado nao da frio, a base do chuveiro verte agua, o flutuante foi mal colocado, os acabamentos no pladur sao intoleraveis!!! Enfim! Partilho para que nao caiam no mesmo erro! Mas atenção... a vender a perfeição eles sao bons! Por isso cautela, fujam desta fraude!
