Little cozy simple place. Great fish dishes and nice drinks. Location is nice. Iconic Lisbon trams go and turn close of here. Recommend. Would go again.

This place was next to our apartment and we kept on overlooking it while in Lisbon. For Americans Salsa associates with Mexican food. Also exterior is not overly appealing and it doesn’t have outdoor seating. However once you go indoors you have a view of the river and great breeze from the open windows. The food was not overpriced and it was a relaxing place to eat and relax. Their grilled sardines were some of the best we’ve tried. Highly recommend.

I was shook to my core at the prices at this restaurant! I have never had octopus this good, and also for the price of only 14.50€! It was an excellent date night dinner in Lisbon. Perfect amount of food. Great prices and super cute rustic traditional European atmosphere.

Nice little restaurant up from the river. Either strong knees, cab or tram. Parking would be difficult. Food was excellent and choices are varied. Reasonably priced. Even had some street drama between a tram and car driver outside the restaurant door. A slice of Lisboa.

Good spot if you’re a tourist! Reasonably priced and great food. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

One of the best (if not the best) grilled fish I've ever had. We ordered salmon and dorada, and both were exquisite. Special points for the side veggies, they were also awesome!

Ordered the clams & prawn pasta, clams, cheese omelette, octopus, grilled fish and all of the dishes were so good!! A very very hearty meal at a very affordable price.
Owner is very friendly and service is good.
A few mins walk down from the viewpoint.
Will definitely come back again if I'm back here :)

It may seem like an average restaurant from the outside, but I decided to give it a try since it had good reviews and I wasn't disappointed!

I ordered french fries and salmon risotto, it was one of the best dishes I had in Portugal.

The staff are friendly and professional and amazing view of the ocean if you're sitting near the window.

Worth every penny! The seafood risotto was delicious!! ❤ Too bad that I never came across this restaurant until now. The staff are attentive and welcoming. Will definitely come back to this restaurant next time I'm in Alfama.

Amazing food at unbelievable low prices, great Service, and views to boot. Best sea bass in Europe so far! Vegetable risotto was so incredibly tasty. Stuffed Mussels for starters were also best we’ve had in 6 weeks of travelling Riviera.

I am not a fan of clams, so I requested to only have prawns and they gave me 10 prawns. Really! I had never have 10 decent size prawns in my pasta ever in Singapore! It was really very delicious. Some people may find it bland - but I like food flavor from these simple ingredients like onions and garlics. The price is decent too.

Cheap! But amazing food! Typical Portuguese style food at a non - tourist price. I recommend anyone come here for the wonderful views and delicious but budget friendly food. Should be number one stop in Lisbon! Very close to the lookout by the castle.

We drank and ate a lot, and it was so worth it. The food was delicious, and the house green wine is amazing. I ate the mussels appetizer (which were huge compared to the ones I know) and grilled bream main dish. Seriously, the best grilled dish I ever had, and I'm not a fish person. My boyfriend had the chorizo appetizer and the chimichuri steak, it was too die for. Don't listen to tour guides saying this is a tourist trap it's SO not. We had 3 glasses of house green wine, one large beer, mussels and chorizo appetizer, chimichuri steak and grilled bream for 51 euros... so worth every penny.

I had eaten here so many times and will keep coming back! The grilled salmon and seabass are my faves! The steaks are also great! The server is also a very nice guy! Super grateful that I found this place just 2 minutes away from my flat 😁

This unassuming restaurant is great value and the food is fantastic. We had grilled prawns for entree and grilled fish for mains.

One of the best mouth-watering food in the alfama area and very friendly,kind,knowledgeable staff,amazing appetizers and main dishes.Everything is so fresh.Absolutely Delicious!!we will definitely be back.Highly Recommend

i came here with my sister and we both have eaten amazing!! The price is so good for the amount of food that you get. I had the chicken with fries and a salade, it was soo so good. Very nice people and quick and good service !

We went there because it was empty and we were tired of crowded places. Ended up liking the food and the presentation. The young man that served us did his best. Wish you best of luck and keep up the food work. Also, the prices were good and we might come back if we ever return in Lisbon.
