Very cozy place, owner is very friendly and speaks English very well. Got to taste 2 different beers to decide which one I wanted. The starter (buschetta Caprese) was very tasty, fast after the burger came. It was the perfect size with a lot of unknown tastes! Would go there again.

This has got to be the best burger I have eaten! My friend had the smoked vegan burger, oh my goodness, incredible. It was so good to see the same burger experience being offered to vegan/vegetarians. I will be massively recommending this place to friends who are hoping to visit Porto. What a joy! Waiter was super friendly offering all sorts of recommendations and tips for things to do in Porto 👍✨✨✨

Amazing burgers! Tasted them once then came back a couple days later on a higher note to try them again - even better! The beer selection is also nice.
And the People who work there are very warm and welcoming ❤

I know, I know: How can I come to Porto and eat a burger? Well, our daughter visited Porto in the summer and told us this place was a must. She wasn’t lying (though she normally does about how much she drinks, but that’s beside the point).

This place is awesome!! The burgers are divine. I had the Porto burger with goat cheese, caramelized onions in port, mushrooms, and garlic mayo. Oh yeah, and toasted almonds in a brioche bun. Best burger I’ve tasted in years (and we’re kind of experts in North America). Simplex Virtus has got us beat. Well done! Loved it!!

We visited this restaurant after browsing the reviews and they definitely do live up to the 5* reviews.

It was the best burger we’ve had anywhere. So juicy and meaty and not stacked with too many toppings - just the right amount. The crunchy potato bites/cubes were a nice addition and different from just the usual fries and went really well with the sauce provided.

You get the option to choose how you want your burger cooked; rare, medium or well done, which is very rare in many restaurants. I’d recommend medium.

Price wise this is unbelievable value for money. 20€ for the best burger ever + an IPA and a glass of house wine.

Came here for lunch on our last day in Porto. Had the onion rings and Veritude fries as a starter. Onion rings were perfectly cooked…. Crisp and flavorful. The fries were also amazing and both were served with a really good Mayo-looking sauce.

For our mains we each had the Bacon burger, which was one of the juiciest burgers I’ve ever eaten. So so so good. The portions are big so we were full before we had eaten all the food.

We were too full to try dessert and we didn’t want to drink before traveling so can’t speak to their beers on tap.

If we lived in Porto we’d be eating here all the time. The place is cozy and the playlist they had playing was fantastic. A trip down memory lane with my favorite indie rock bands from the early 2000s.

We came on a Tuesday at 12pm and the place had just opened, so probably don’t need reservations.

This place has a wonderful selection of beers and food. The atmosphere is also very nice, offering cozy and pleasant indoor seating as well as Porto's relaxing vibe outside.

People seem to come for food as well as drinks, though one could drop in for one of their craft beers anytime one swings by Clérigos. They are all great! Unfortunately their own signature craft beers were sold out at time I visited... I guess I'll have to repeat the visit! Do book a table though. They had to turn away a few people on my watch.

The menu is simple but not boring. I had a bite off a few different burgers and burritos. All good! My suggestion would be the Porto Burger or Burrito Virtus. Neipa (New England IPA) to wash it down.

this was the first restaurant my girlfriend and i tried since coming to Porto, and it did not disappoint! the service was super fast and the servers were very helpful and nice, they spoke English thankfully and really took care of us. Shoutout to Luca! The burgers themselves were huge and very flavorful.

The beer is really good and if you go between 19 to 21 they have a happy hours with the half of the price for some beers.

It has been mentioned many times before and I can only repeat it, the food here is without a doubt fantastic! And so is their beer! What I haven't heard anyone mention is their music playlist; great music, atmosphere, food and drinks! Couldn't ask for anything more! Definitely worth a visit when you are in Porto.

Until now, the best burger and potatoes in Porto and I've tried like 6 places already. I had the the Bacon and my girlfriend had the Veggie. The size is above medium, I got satisfied with only one, plus the potatoes and the beer. I got addicted to their potatoes because they are homemade and the combinations of spices is really good and I totally recommend their beer (lager) in combination with the burger, it's a stronger beer compared with the ones from the supermarket but it will balance perfectly the burger. The texture of the the veggie patty is more like a solidified pasta, not so textured, just to take this into consideration, we didn't like that much. The value is the standard one in Porto but you receive much more for it compared to the market. I totally recommend!

We were staying in Gaia yet had this place as a destination after walking a few miles. We found it, the beer was fabulous, now I want to eat but today I’m in Brussels. Thank for the great conversations gentlemen hope Y’all the best 🍻

We visited twice during our stay in Porto.
After our first dinner we were in love with the place. The Nachos, Tacos and Classic Burger with a veggie patty and fries were incredibly delicious, just like the dips that came with them. On top of it was the ice cream one of the best we ever had.

The second stay was good as well, I just missed the fries with my burger. This time I had the Veggieburger and it came with potatos instead of fries. A little heads up would have been nice, or a note in the card, maybe even the chance to choose during the order.

Nevertheless we would definitley recommend to anyone who values a friendly, polite staff, good food and a nice atmosphere.

One of the best burgers I've ever had. They serve them without a cut, so you have to go with your hands and that's exactly the way it should be. They have great craft beers here and especially it is one of the few places where you won't find a super bock which I really appreciate. The staff was very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE - BEST BURGER IN PORTO! Fabulous service, staff and drinks. Excellent all round and the classic burger well done was as good as I have had anywhere else in the world. Thanks guys, great night.
