It’s a cosy place with nice food, the piglet was well cooked with crispy skin, the fries were just on the point and the salad well dressed.

The sparking wine is just wonderful.

The desert was as good as the main course.

The service was fast and efficient.

The only downside it’s that it’s a bit pricey as any restaurant of this type in the region.

Have been coming here for more than 30 years and will be returning.

I visited Meta dos Leitões and was completely blown away by how AMAZING the leitão sandwich was. Without a doubt the best sandwich I have ever tried. I will most definitely be coming back and hopefully bring family and friends to try this incredible restaurant. The staff was lovely too, everything about this experience was 5 stars (10 if I could rate that high). I also forgot my purse at the restaurant and they very kindly sent it to me within 24 hours. I only have nice things to say about this place. I would highly recommend.

Leitao was very tasty but the only complain is that we expected the skin to be a bit more crunchy (after multiple experiences in other places) but to compensate the most was very juicy.

Probably the best local restaurant to enjoy the traditional “Leitão Assado á Bairrada” Very nice place, fantastic service, food tasteful wide á wide range of options and great wines trade by the same organisation. Well done. Highly recommended.

The Roast Suckling Pig is amazing. Go in hungry, the portion sizes are huge. Really friendly and attentive staff. Recommended!

Very very good suckling pig and local sparkling wine. Definitely recommend coming here. A little bit expensive, but worth the price.
