Walked her with my sister from our hotel (Brasileira Hotel) during her first in Portugal.

The price of the tourist sim card was excellent and the customer service was even better; the lady even installed the aim card for my sister.

We visited for the first time here this afternoon (July, 2022). We went to get internet service from Vodafone for our home.

1. It is located in Porto City Center near Tivoli Teatro. You can just follow Google Maps.
2. There was no big queue when we arrived around 15:30.
3. The staff whom attend us was very nice, kind, and friendly. He is so helpful with some of our questions.
4. It didn't take so long until we received our contract. It was less than 10 minutes.
5. The place is not so big but has many tables for customers service attendance.
6. Entrance accessible for wheelchair.
7. It is a bit different to find a park if you come with a car.

Excellent service.
We bought a tourist sim card for 10 euro.
In 2 minutes, the lady installed it and operated for us. She explained everything to us with a smile and patience.

Best option for mobile data. I suggest you go for the 30GB for 15 days instead of the €20 for 4GB data and voice package for 31 days... as the data will run out super quickly based on the type of phone you have. You’ll see data running out fast in Portugal. I used 4GB in just 2 days

8박10일만 여행하려고 한국에서 14기가 사와서 잘 사용하고있었는데 여행이 길어지면서 용량 90프로 소진…으로 당황해서 매장을 찾으니 상벤투 역이랑 아주 가까운 곳에 있어서 한걸음에 달려와 구매했어요. 직원이 친절히 번역기 돌려가며 응대해 줬습니다. 여행중에 유심이 안되거나 떨어지면 여기 이용하시면 될 것 같아요. 작동도 잘 되요!!
