I really loved the place mostly because of the people. The barista is really passionate about coffee, is super friendly as is also the person in the kitchen.

The food is good and the room has a nice ambiance.

We had break fast here twice this week.
Although it was a little more expensive it was so worth it. Delicious food, lovely people & great place. I felt like I’d found my home.
We even bought a sourdough loaf & hazelnut butter, which were also fabulous.
The Manna eggs dish I would highly recommend.
The flat white also great!

We had the Brown Rice Porridge, the Socca and the Manna Eggs. Everything was very delicious, artfully arranged and perfectly served. Excellent quality spices and almonds were used for the porridge, its texture was very delightful, too. The Manna Eggs is a complete dish with everything you need for a good start of your day, the slice of bread crunchy on the outside and very soft inside. The Socca had all kind of roasted and fresh veggies and very tasty hummus as well. The latte was also very good and we liked the teas, too. Also a good point that the waitress paid attention to the different brewing time of our teas and checked if we had any food allergies. Staff was very polite and attentive all the time. We loved the textile napkins. Toilets were clean and nice looking. It's true that this place is a little bit more expensive than the average, but at the same time you get more for your money so I think it's worth it from time to time to visit and have a good time 😊

MANNA is so great, no single review can describe its greatness!

The food is amazing. The place itself is cozy and inspiring. The staff is awesome — Anna is very friendly and always ready to help with the choice of food, Hélder is a great connoisseur of teas and coffees who's always happy to share his knowledge, and Sara creates such magnificent flavor combinations that your head goes pop!

Saturday's visit to MANNA has become a staple of our weekends, sometimes I catch myself thinking during weekdays "Can't wait for Saturday to come to MANNA".

Cannot recommend enough!

Went for breakfast twice in 3 days because it was so good. Incredible scrambled eggs, fresh made sourdough bred, really good coffee. i was very skeptical about the vegan and gluten free pancake but it was better than any pancakes i had in a long time. lovely service and no cueing like in most brunch places on the weekends. 10/10

I usually don't do reviews but this place is just great! Absolutely amazing food (which is more than worth the price!) and calming atmosphere @MANNA. I love the vibe and the energy. Big thanks to the owners! 💜

Our favorite place in Porto. Food and yoga concept in a middle of a city center. Cozy yoga studio and healthy food. They make and sell ceremonial matcha and their own kombucha. The place gets busy during lunch time. The service is extremely friendly. Definitely check them out while in Porto.

We stopped in and I had the most beautiful Japanese tea and yummy toast. The interior has a really nice feel to it and the owner was so kind to explain the tea and make recommendations. Was a wonderful experience.

We had an extremely nice experience at Manna, so much that we went there twice during our stay in Porto with our 5yr old daughter. First time we went for a light lunch and it was delicious and exactly what we were looking for - a healthy, balanced meal in a beautiful, cozy interior. But what really made the difference is the kind, knowledgeable and unobtrusive service, which we enjoyed so much that we returned a couple of days later to meet up with our friends for breakfast. Warm welcome from the staff and their all around attitude made us feel like at home. A bonus was trying out their treat of the day - carob, orange and coconut cake - a nice little remedy to lift the mood on a rainy day in Porto. For us, Manna was a nice little discovery and one of the highlights of our stay in Porto.

Whenever we visit Porto we make sure to have breakfast at Manna! The service is super friendly! The food is very tasty! It is also a very sustainable place (no plastic) and they have a big list of amazing japanese loose teas that are hard to find anywhere else! I would love a Manna in Lisbon for now it is a special treat in Porto!!! Thank you Manna!!!

Very cozy and cute cafè which offers vegetarian, vegan and also gluten-free dishes. The prices of the dishes are slightly higher compared to other restaurants. However, the quality and service off the staff is amazing! I would recommend the pancake (GLUTEN-FREE!)

The best cafe in Porto. We loved the coffee and food at Manna. The staff are amazing and friendly, and the cafe has a relaxing atmosphere thanks to the beautiful interior, the gorgeous conservatory at the back and the ambient music. We can really recommend the salty toast, acorn flour pancake and the coffee here.

We also attended yoga run by Kim. The yoga studio is in the conservatory at the back so you have wonderful views of the sky. Kim is just wonderful - she is the kindest and so calm. We loved her yoga class and would say it's the best yoga class we have been to thanks to her brilliant teaching.

Went here three times. Lovely staff, one of them gave me a list of vegan places I should give a try. I tried most of them the second time I was in Porto! But MANNA remains one of my favorites. Perfect place to unwind and relax with good food and great quality tea. Next time I want to book a yoga class there too :)

I couldn‘t believe this place existed - it‘s like they took my brain scan and filtered out what I love and put it together to a store/café:
- pure matcha tea
- great selection of tea in general
- organic food
- sourdough dishes
- yoga (!)
- natural wine
- monocle/delayed gratification and other of my fav. magazines/books
- kinto glassware and other products, ceramics
- cork products
- earthy & warm interior
- last but not least: very friendly staff & slow living vibe

If I could, I‘d wanna move in there. So glad I found this place!

Super nice staff - they helped rescuing us from our airbnb next door when we got locked inside - the world needs more kind people like them.
Their homemade sourdough bread is 5 star, just like the coffee here… we will come back.

Best place in town for breakfast and lunch! Beautiful and Peaceful place with nourishing food, lots of vegan options, unique dishes. You can also take yoga classes here, the studio is amazing, the teachers are super good, and the extra is that is very tranquil even though you are in city center. It really worth the visit 📿

Their food is absolutely delicious 🙌🏼😍
I have tried several cafes in Porto that try to recreate the “healthy”, conscious and “Instagramable” food concepts but most of them have greatly failed. This place really has it all!
The food and service at Manna are exceptional 💯. You can tell just by how much the people that work here really care and are consciously providing some of the highest quality foods 🌱(no sugars or MSGs) only organic and wholesome goodness.
Plus, their coffee ☕ was also on another level of quality. They have several beans coming from different origins and blends. They use Oatly milk for their lattes which I LOVE since Oatly is the best alternative milk you can use for coffee.
Besides the food, the place is super welcoming. Their lovely outdoor area is super chill and great for a date ❤
Definitely recommend this place if your care about healthy and real food!

Such a nice atmosphere in the green glass backyard. Good music (find this a rare thing here in general), very friendly staff and very good food. Had the Green Smoothie Bowl, very special. And they do have good coffee and know how to serve it well. ❤🙏🏼 made my morning!
