Location at its best, restaurant is a good place to enjoy dinner, die buffet in Saturdays is outstanding. Spa is worth a visit. This was a nice stay

Super nice and helpful staff and peaceful atmosphere. Location is right next to beautiful village in Arcos. Hotel was clean and had indoor and outdoor pools. Special thanks to a bit elder gentleman of the staff, who helped me with celiac diet things in the lobby bar during our seminars coffee breaks.

Luna Arcos hotel is a very elegant hotel. Having made a same day reservation and arriving somewhat early, we were greeted by Sonia Pereira. She was very welcoming and gave us some great tips to see Peneda Geres National Forest. She told us to visit Sistelo which we did and it was great. Here we followed a trail and truly enjoy the views and vegetation. Then we had lunch at The Tasquinha Mi Melia. A superb culinary experience. Next morning during breakfast we met a kind and very helpful gentleman Marino Gonçalves. Than you Marino for your tips and suggestions. Such great personal made our stay unforgettable.

This hotel is a bit aside from the city center, because it's on the other side of the river. However it's actually well located as you can easily reach the city center on foot with one of the several bridges. It is very close the river beach which is very nice in the summer. It has an outside and an inside swimming pool. I have not tried the inside swimming pool. The outside one is not huge, so don't expect to swim seriously there but to cool yourself down during the hot summer, it's more than enough. The room are good, simple, relatively modern with A/C and a small terrasse. The restaurant of the hotel is pretty good. We took the formula breakfast and diner and we didn't regret it. The quality price ratio is really good and there is not a lot of good restaurants in the rest of the town. Finally what really made the difference for us was the personnel which was efficient and really nice !

The room was big, comfortable and clean. Service and staff were good. It was quite relaxing to watch the beautiful view from the balcony.

Luna Arcos Hotel has great facilities, to enjoy an unforgettable stay. The hotel's spa is great, and offers a wonderful moment of tranquillity: indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath.

At Restaurante Foral dos Arcos, every flavor is a delight to the belly. I ate Risotto de Camarão, as the main dish… it was delicious!!!

Very friendly staff. Just a short, pleasant walk across the footbridge to many restaurants and cafes in Arcos. The hotel had very comfortable accommodations and it was very reasonably priced.

Decidimos às 23:00 ficar em Arcos de Valdevez, ligámos e em 10 minutos já tínhamos tudo organizado para poder ficar.

Fomos muito bem atendidos e a disponibilidade e simpatia da equipa que nos recebeu é de destacar.

O quarto muito confortável e limpo e o pequeno almoço é variado e muito completo (com sumo de laranja natural espremido na hora)!

Boa relação qualidade/preço e voltarei sem hesitar!

Ficamos hospedados com meia pensão (pequeno almoço e jantar)
Pequeno almoço muito variado e completo(frutas, cereais, charcutarias variadas, ovos, etc)
O jantar também tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa. no sábado estava muita gente no hotel o jantar foi buffet, no domingo tivemos a sala para nós, jantar servido a mesa pela equipa (muito atenciosa). Comida muito boa.
Não fizemos visita ao spa mas fica sem dúvida para uma próxima.
Muito obrigado a toda a equipa e que continuem o bom trabalho. Boas festas.

O serviço prestado foi excepcional, com destaque para o senhor J. Leitão, que não deixou nada faltar durante nossos jantares.
Pegamos o regime de meia pensão, valeu muito, a comida é maravilhosa.
Foi nossa primeira vez lá e pretendemos voltar!
Um pequeno problema que notamos no quarto é que mesmo no inverno, ele acabava por ficar muito quente durante a noite, e não havia formas de resfriar o mesmo sem abrir a janela.
