Shopping mall is clean and big. Lots of parking spaces. Great choice of shop. Amazing view from the terrace! The best thing ice skating ring. Cheap and very fun.

This mall is H-U-G-E. It has six shopping levels, and multiple parking levels below. Plus an ice rink.

So I have visited the mall over the years as we visited family. Having the opportunity to visit over the Christmas season makes me very happy. The decorations are excellent BUT the best thing about it all is the great activities for the kids. There are usually activities throughout the year but for Christmas there is a merry-go-round, crafts, music and even Santa for those who want. And it's all free. My family is very happy to see this. Thank you to the people at Palacio do Gelo for being a family focused place.

Incredible view for a shopping mall. Good amount of stores! I recommend it!

Good and clean place.
Lots of food and shops.
Ice skating.
And KFC that normally you cant find inside Portugal, only close to the sea.
Auchan is also here and its a very good place to visit.
Highly recommend

It is soon big! For informatics and clothes they have great and big options, for food not so much, also food is on the top level of an around 6-8 floor shopping, so far away ahah. Also either search for the shopping's own garage or get ready for what the photo I posted has to offer you :)

Super nice mall. Spacious and with good lighting. Have a outdoor terrace to have catch some fresh air and scenery.
Plenty Food choices and valuable. Nice clothing stores with sales.

Huge mall in Viseu. About 6 to 7 floors of high prices, clothes, electronics, and other thing. Parking can be a hassle. We absolutely love coming here. They arcades are amazing. First visit. Clean and Covid standards adhered to. Lots of shops to browse with all different price points and articles for the family. Cinema and rink available .. Restaurants delightful , had a wonderful reasonably priced Portuguese meal.

Way too big for me, but the kids loved it and it doesn't hurt to have every shop, cinema, bowling, ice rink and restaurants in one place when we're talking about one of the coldest winter cities in Portugal...
Viseu is notorious for it's friendly service. Almost toooo friendly.

Beautiful, clean and full of nice people! Only downside is the service in most restaurants is a bit slow compared to what I'm used to in the big cities.

Huge number of shops, no empty spaces. Many restaurants. Cinema. On top floor ice skating place. Good and cheap inside parking for cars.

Continues to be a 5 star place to shop and relax. From excellent pools and gymnasium to the ice ring to the lighting and maintenance.

The bigest shooping mall in the all Serra da Estrela area nice all name brands shops and food court as good food very nice
