The staff were very helpful, very courteous, on time with picking us up upon arrival and dropping us off upon departure. The car served us very well - a small Peugeot 5-speed that was a good size for the small and twisty roads here in Madeira. The car had 48000 km already logged but it was in top running condition and had obviously been well-maintained. The price was good and the whole experience was 5-star. I'd rent from them again without hesitation.

Great experience with friendly and helpful staff. We booked through Portugal Getaways. You need to catch the small shuttle bus to the off-site rental centre. Exit terminal and their white van will be waiting. 2min drive to pick up car. Our car was clean, like new with low mileage. CarPlay worked great for navigating the crazy island roads.

We rented a small, perfectly adequate new-ish Peugeot, which took us everywhere we wanted to go, without any problems.  What distinguished this rental was the staff at the agency:  they are kind, good humoured, thoughtful, smiling and extremely helpful.  We couldn’t have asked for anything more.  Would absolutely rent from these people again!

Very friendly company, and we enjoyed our Peugeot 2008 a lot! The car was almost new and very clean, with a good carseat for our daughter.

Very great and friendly staff. We booked via Check24/Sunnycars. We were driving the Fiat 500 for 9 days and didn’t have any problems during the pick up or drop off of the car. Really great! Special thanks to Sofia who was really nice during the pick up.

Booked via portugal getaways as package. Very cheap. You need to take a van from airport to the shop. I got an older car that had a lot of troubles on hills, but overall great experience.

Tijdens onze Hike-vakantie op Madeira hebben we via Sunny Cars een auto gehuurd bij WHY ot Car Rental. We zijn enorm tevreden over de kwaliteit en service. We werden op het vliegveld opgehaald met een zeer net personenbusje en na vijf minuten rijden stonden we bij de Car Rental. Er werd goed in het Engels gecommuniceerd en het personeel was vriendelijk. Geen poespas, geen verzekeringen aansmeren of frauderen met de schade. De auto was netjes, goed-onderhouden en heeft een week lang voor plezier gezorgd!

Ich habe vom 21.04.24 bis zum 28.04.24 einen Dacia Duster ( AR-33-QI ) bei der Firma gemietet. Der Wagen hatte 32821 km Laufleistung und war top in Ordnung. Wichtig auf Madeira sind die Bremsen, denn es geht steil hoch und runter. Es wurde auch nicht versucht, wie oft, zusätzlich Versicherungen zu verkaufen. Etwa 70 Meter von der Autovermietung befindet sich eine Tankstelle, so dass das Nachtanken vor der Abgabe problemlos war. Der Transfer vom Flughafen zur Autovermietung dauert etwa 5 Minuten. WICHTIG: Die Abholung am Flughafen erfolgt außerhalb der Ankunftshalle. Man muss also aus dem Flughafen raus. Dort wartet der Shuttlebus zwischen der 2. und 3. Betonstütze des Vordaches. Ganz einfach.

Genau so muss eine Automietung sein. Schnell, unkompliziert, freundlich und ein einwandfreies Auto zu einem guten Preis. Highly recommend. Gerne wieder!

Wir bekamen ein schönes, sauberes Auto, mit wenige km. Durch einen Unfall beim Wandern mussten wir vorzeitig abreisen. Unsere Freunde die noch eine Woche Urlaub hatten, konnten problemlos in meinen Vertrag einsteigen und das Fahrzeug weiter nutzen. Alle waren sehr freundlich.
