The cable car is open from 10:00 to 18:00, costs 10 euros.
Below you can walk along the promenade. There is a restaurant and a hotel.

Great spot for catching the sunset!

For sunset chasers on Madeira, note that due to the earth's rotation, sunset spots change according to season.

For example in winter and spring it is possible to see the sunset from Camara de Lobos but after April that is no longer possible.

We drove around quite a bit to find this spot in mid April. Enjoy it and bring your own wine ;)

Thé only way to visit is to use the téléphérique. À nice garden along the ocean. Fruits, Colors, beach and ... a restaurant
Take the time to appreciate the quiet place, have walk in the garden, or take the sun at the beach (no sand )

Great walk down the seaside, you can spend coupke hours down there easily.

Scariest cable car I have ever been on (it’s so steep!) but so worth it to make it to a little slice of paradise below. In January Faja dos Padres seems to have its own microclimate, feels like summer!

For a different adventure go on this cable car and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the terraces with bananas plantation, papaias, mango, vines, etc, etc...

New elevator works fine now. Absolutely worth getting down to the awesome restaurant. Seafood at it's best. A beach with black sand and a little Pier to get into the water for swimming.

If there is one thing you should do, is go here. The elevator takes a long time, its a sweat box when you are in it. The wait is worth it when you get to a remote part of the island where no tourists can bother you

Vstupné 12€ na lanovku a aj záhradu, ktorá sa nachádza dole pri pláži. Na kamennej pláži sú veľké vlny a kúpať sa dá iba lri móle. Voda je tam hneď veľmi hlboká. Pri reštaurácii sa nachádza WC a sprcha so sladkou vodou

Eine sehr moderne Seilbahn. Sie geht direkt sehr steil bergab um nach unten in das kleine Fischerdorf zu führen. Hier kann man gut ein wenig Zeit verbringen. Mit Parkplätzen vor Ort ist es ein wenig schwierig, da die Anzahl begrenzt ist. Der Preis für die Fahrt ist 10 €. Was in meinem Augen fair ist.

Der Fahrstuhl hat leider tatsächlich geschlossen, laut dem Mitarbeiter der Seilbahn für immer. Die Seilbahn ist allerdings auch cool und vor allem erwartet einen unten ein toller Ort! Perfekt, um dort einen Tag zu verbringen, auf Sonnenliegen direkt am Meer zu entspannen und lecker zu essen/trinken in einem Café direkt am Meer.

O elevador da Fajã dos Padres, executado a pouco tempo é usado para descer até à Fajã, a viagem é curta para conseguir maravilhar a beleza envolvente, usado essencialmente por turistas até ao restaurante e para um mergulho nas águas cristalinas, um lugar magnífico para um dia bem passado. No final dia a não perder um pôr-do-sol magnifico.
