It must be nearly 20 years ago the Graca was recommended to us when we decided to buy a place in Madeira. What a stroke of good luck that was. She not only took immense care to help us find exactly what we were looking for, she went way beyond that and helped us do everything we needed to get it furnished and set up services and so on ( we bought a new build). She is always affable, highly professional and great company and my wife and I still see her all this time later and sometimes she still helps us out and we regard her as a good friend
We've used a lot of estate agents over the years, but Graca and sister Paula are by a country mile the best.
