Buyer beware. Do not use Mario as an agent. We have been left, essentially homeless, having to rent with our 7 yo child moving from one home to another. While the home we purchased was entirely misrepresented, major and critical factors omitted that any well versed agent would disclose to their client prior to purchase. Mario failed us on a multitude of levels, and at this juncture, the agency as a whole has failed us. We are still unsure if there is a connection to this agent, and/or agency and the unethical builder. Calls, texts, and emails left unanswered once it was discovered the home had irreparable problems. This was noticeable the day we arrived. We moved in on a Friday and literally had to pack up and move out on Sunday. The doors did not meet property level, countless issues, which made the house uninhabitable. Collectively, as an agency, GTW has not taken accountability. The owner of GTW has not returned our calls. We have written documentation, that commission would be forfeited to sell our home, due to their negligence. Also that they would possibly buy the home back, which would have been the proper and ethical solution. Instead Another agent, Bruno, has been assigned and now refuses to sell unless we pay commission. There are plenty of honest and ethical agencies on the island, not this one! I have consulted legal counsel and will be moving forward. Save yourself Financial ruin, and significant stress, to say the least. I would discourage anyone from doing business with this agency. I would be remiss not to mention, I appreciate that there may be proficient agents but GTW, as in any business, should know that one bad apple spoils the bunch!
