The Irish Pub Sports Bar

Lovely wee Irish pub down on the prom. It's not very big inside but the drinks are reasonably priced. Try their whiskey sour, it went down a treat. The servers were polite, prompt, well presented, and very friendly, even giving us information on their sister bar, 23 Vintage bar, and the different types of drinks they can do and what type of music they play and the typical age of the people that go.

Was looking for a spot to have a beer and check out the Formula 1 race at the same time and there are not a lot of options along the Av do Mar. Most of the restaurants with terraces are broadcasting football. The bar was authentic and the beer was cheap!

We called in here twice, both times we were served by the same lady, she was very friendly she made us feel very welcome. There was a great choice of drinks both local and named. Very nice pub we were able to watch the football too. Highly recommend this pub.

Visiting Madeira from Canada, we popped by popular local Irish bar before reservations we had elsewhere. Edgar (Eddie) made us immediately feel at home. The vibe was super fun and chill, incredible drinks that were reasonably price. The night turned into the best music, the best sing along with a large group of people from all over the world. If you’re considering whether to visit here, don’t, just come. You’ll be happy you did.

I was here at Wednesday night, the bartender was the best bartender that i have ever met, drinks were delicious and he was literally best guy i met on the Madeira for the entire week. Im already back in Prague.

It's nice casual atmosphere, fun loving! The best place in Funchal for craft cocktail! Andre is a real craftsman when mixing drinks & inventing he's own ....I wish he's drinks are in menu! We love going there - he keeps us coming for more!!!!

Friendly staff, offer free crisps on request ( not just sat on the bar for pee ridden hands to touch). Good selection of spirits too

Second time at this establishment. First was 2017. On this visit as per last, a quite atmosphere. Staff friendly and helpful. Sandwiches were good and fresh with a beer that was of good taste and strength.

We came here for lunch. We drank 2 local ipa pints and ate special hamburger. Everything was just perfect. Typical irish music. We came by feet, so I'm not aware of parkings.
