I recently had my first shiatsu treatment with Elena at Dawn Collective Shala, and it was a remarkable experience. From the moment I walked in, Elena created a warm and safe environment that immediately put me at ease. Joined 2 different yoga classes here by Lorraine and Natalie and both were incredibly well guided and taught. It was the perfect combination for me drop my family for surf classes and then do the practices and be back in time for lunch together.

If you have the opportunity to have a massage Klaudia is phenomenal. It’s a shame we are leaving tomorrow or else I would have booked for another treatment. Claudia’s deep tissue massage in combination with some Thai influences was just the right pressure for me. She was very sensitive to be mindful of a small injury I had and was very professional and knowledgeable.

Zerina's massage was really good! I loved her approach of starting soft but really getting into the areas that need attention because the muscles and fascia are tense. I'd love to go again whenever I'll be back!

My partner and I got a deep tissue massage from Daniel. 100% recommended!! Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. If you are looking for a good massage in Arrifana (surroundings) you should definitely go here! I got a baby 4 months ago and Daniel was able to find my pain points in especially my lower back and pelvis.

During my stay in Portugal, I came across Klaudia and booked a Chi Nei Tsang massage with her. For me, it was definitely the best massage I've EVER!! had. The versatile techniques she used during the massage are brilliant in combination with joint breathing work. From the very first second I felt comfortable with Klaudia and she has an incredible energy! 🌸
As the massage took place some distance from my accommodation, she even drove me home afterwards so that I could continue to relax.

Amazing class with Elena today! Gentle flow, focusing a looot on the breathing at the beginning so we could totally surrender, enter in the practice and focus all the way long on the breath. I took Embodied Yin with Klaudia and it was amazing. She was extremely accommodating to our rather large group & worked to make sure we were all comfortable in our spots. The practice itself was unique and Klaudia made sure to explain everything & help us through new poses. Would definitely recommend taking Embodied Yin or any other classes - the space is absolutely gorgeous!

The Kundalini Yoga Session on Sunday from Zerina are highly recommended and as well her massages - so releasing and centering. Zerina offers great treatments and is a wonderful teacher and body therapist.

During my holiday in Aljezur I joined an amazing class from Elena! She’s very sweet and the class was gentle, but can be modified to be more challenging if you want to. Perfect pace for both beginners and intermediates.

Klaudia has a powerful softness which I truly value, Thais are super relaxing and yet with great pressure behind. Daniels massages always feel like the needed depressurization after lots of movement. Will come many more times.

Daniel does amazing treatments and teaches lots of good movements for mobility, he really helped my neck and shoulder pain. The space itself is very cozy and beautiful!
