The Gin Club

I love gin! My husband found this place while we were in Porto. We did get there rather early (they may have just opened for the evening). The bartender was very knowledgeable about types of gin and recommended his favorite.

The place was super cute and vibe was very relaxing. Great place to have a pre-dinner cocktail and probably a better place to have after dinner drinks.

Highly recommend this place and will go back when we return to Porto.

Superb selection of gins. A bit expensive for the city (11-15 euros) but there’s a real dedication in every drink, even for a « simple » gin & tonic

Great place with a nice ambiance and extensive drink menu! I tried the boa which is a gin distilled in London, but aged in port barrels for four months. It came with an orange twist and coffee berries. It’s so good! The taste has a hint of orange, hint of juniper berries and more! It’s complex flavor but a simple drink!

Great atmosphere, super friendly staff. One of the best bars I visited in Porto. If you love Gin, then you'll love this place. Over 300 different types of gin, something for everyone. The Clover Club cocktail was absolutely incredible, as was the puerto de Indias. If I ever find myself back in Porto, I'll be here

Supercool!! I absolutely love Gin so this was a match made in heaven from the start. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, she recommended me gin and told a lot about them (and at first she recommended me the cheapest gin mind you!). She let me try gin before buying it, which definitely shows they want you to like it instead of doing it to make cash. I tried the adamsum I believe it was called, one from Portugal. Amazing!! This time I was with a friend but the crowd was very diverse, people came alone, with friends or as a couple. Also the ages different a lot which made it a fun crowd. I’m definitely going back tonight.

Wonderful gin and tonic mixes with a variety of 317 gins from all over the world.
The waiters are super helpful in deciding which gin and tonic you would enjoy the most and the menu has an elaborate descriptions.

Nice armosphere in the weekends! Even if the place is crowded, your gin tonic is well taken of; nice cooled glas and ice cubes, aromatized with orange or lemon, herbes... price range 10€/glas, wich is way less expansive then most places in Belgium.

Great gin house with a very good vibe. Music funky and not so loud you can’t talk at the table, but loud enough that the next table can hear your conversation. Chandeliers to die for and decor befitting a gin palace!
Knowledgeable bar tenders who strive to get it absolutely right with courtesy and humour. Great leather uniforms too.

Very nice bar with lots of different gins. The personnel is professional and gives good advice based on your taste. Service is fast and friendly. We came back here multiple times and every time we went here it was just great. 10/10 would visit here again if ever we come back to Porto.
