Although worried by some negative reviews on beforehand, I can only report a simply positive car rental experience. Friendly personnel at the airport desk, no unexpected terms and conditions, no attempts to convince me of additional services/insurances, and most importantly: a car in good condition (disregarding small surficial damages that were registered on the rental form). I have rented the car from Ilha Verde in May 2022, with extended insurance via EasyTerra.

Excelente atendimento. Trataram-me bastante bem, inclusive, deram-me um upgrade (paguei por um twingo, deram-me um Nissan Micra.) recomendo vivamente!

Das Personal von der Autovermietung war sehr freundlich (haben in Horta gebucht und am Flughafen zurück gegeben) und der Preis war super fair. Gerne wieder :)
