Lava Giro - Lavandaria Self-Service

Very nice and clean place. Also good prices when you check the other places in Porto. One guy (maybe employe) helped us to understand how everything works. It is very easy and it does not take so much time. If you have their card you have the lowest prices in all days and on Tuesdays there are the lowest prices et all (3 euros 10 kg, 5 euros 15 kg and 7 euros 20 kg, drying for 1,50 but only with the card). I definitely recommend this place.

This is a very clean and nice place. The price for washing and drying were very reasonable (less than 6 euros total for both), with detergent already included. There are a few spots for you to sit down, a steamer for you to iron your clothes and free WiFi.

We arrived around 9:40pm at night and there was still someone working here. He was very helpful and friendly and he showed us how to use the washing machine. As the laundry coin machine wasn't giving out any change, he exchanged some of his coins with our two euro coin so we could pay for the exact amount. Would definitely recommend this place if you need to wash your clothes!

As a digital nomad and extreme light packer, clean laundry can make or break a great day of travel for me. This laundromat is exceptional, and that’s coming from someone with a broad range of experience. The machines are top of the line, easy to operate, and of course do an excellent job taking care of your clothing. Detergent is even included! The laundromat itself is positively spotless, smells like a spa, and offers a nice counter and free wifi if you want to stick around and get some work done. If not, the laundromat is perfectly located and there are several lovely cafes to enjoy mere steps away. The timer is clearly displayed and accurate, so you know exactly when to return. The woman who operates the laundromat is warm, kind, and very helpful. Highly recommend!

I abslutely recommend this laundry. Firstly, when I came here for the first time one employee helped me to understand how the system works, otherwise it would take me much longer, I guess. Secondly, the prices are really good and laundry itself does not take long time. Laundry with drying takes about 50 minutes, which you can spend for example by studying, reading, watching TV serires or whatever else. And it all thanks to fast WI-FI connection at Lava Giro!

And I would almost forget. My friend once missed 50 cents to pay for laundry and the staff gave it to him. That was really nice gesture. By this way I would like to thank again!

If you do not have washing machine at your place, this is good choice!

Clean and well maintained. No need to buy detergent. The machines Automat add detergent. The owner is very helpful. The prices are good and better if you are a frequent user.

Excelente Lavanderia, máquinas rápidas e eficientes. Muito bem localizada, sempre limpa e organizada, de certeza recomendo, eu não utilizo outra lavanderia.
Possuem até uma maquina de passar a vapor excelente para camisas sociais. Bué top! O proprietário é muito gentil!

Excellent Laundry, fast and efficient machines. Very well located, always clean and organized, I definitely recommend it, I don't use another laundry.
