Restaurant right behind the apartment, a very pleasant surprise!
Booked last minute, they were really kind in finding the table.
Well-kept place, beautiful presentation, interior with attention to detail.
Perhaps the best octopus (and not the usual tentacle, just a nice whole octopus) eaten in Porto! Well prepared and incredibly soft and marinated very well, sauteed turnip greens are also excellent.
The other dish of baked cod with crispy breaded crust and onion confit, also really well cooked and presented, tender and delicate at the right point.

I had the Francesinha, which was very good and super typical of Oporto but the real star was the Hamburger that my friend took, it came wrapped in pizza dough and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was super friendly and could speak to us in all the languages of our friends group: Italian, Spanish, and French. Overall very nice experience.

This restaurant was recommended by our Airbnb host, and they were spot on.

The staff were all very friendly, our waiter was brilliant, and offered good advice on the food without being pushy in any way.

Our meals were all cooked to perfection and they were hot and served at the same time, they were very tasty.

The prices were reasonable and worth the money. Recommend the ribeye to share!

Overall we have a very relaxing and a great evening out.

Wonderful traditional foods (loved them - miscaros) and a porc sausage.

I also opted for francesina and was not disappointed. We ordered a white prosecco sangria to go with everything. Loved that, too!

My husband really enjoyed the pizza and the octopus was delicious however a bit salty. Still juicy and nicely done. I know octopus is naturally salty but it wasn’t at another restaurant.

Amazing portuguese restaurant with traditional Portuguese food. Super kind staff and good quality food and wine. Perfect if you wish to try Portuguese food. Advisable to book take in advance

Fast & friendly service. They also speak English here which is a plus! Came here during their tapas promo where you get to try a tapas dish & a beer for €3! Awesome!! We had 3 different croquettes with meat fillings. Very tasty & the sauces went well with all of them. Food came out very quick.

Place is easily accessible & the seats outside are great to do a bit of people watching & enjoying the sun.

Great cafe serving mainly Italian-style food (pasta, pizza, tiramisu) but with some local specialities as well. Good service, delicious food, eat inside or out. Recommended.

Decided to try some Portuguese items we'd never had before. We were very impressed with the alheira. Excellent flavours. The francesinha was also very tasty. Glad we tried it, though I think once is enough 😆

Lasagna is not a dish i would normally order, but I spotted somebody with it on the next table. Wasn't disappointed, superb 👌🏼 Super staff too.

Came without reservation with my girlfriend and her family. We had the calzone, margherita, pizza portunese and others. All delicious. Pizza dough was very tasty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One that stood out was that a bottle of water which was ordered but not used by the table was taken off the bill at the end.

Wonderful food, we tried the traditional cod fish and the octopus. The waitress spoke perfect English and she explained us everything that is on the menu. The decorations inside are impressive a d the terrace is cosy. Definitely a must when in Porto

Excellent service by lovely friendly staff. The garlic shrimp starter was delicious. Good size portions of pasta and nice thin crust proper Italian pizza.
Cash only but no problem for us. Would recommend to anyone

Nice and warm atmosphere.And main thing- so good and perfect food. One night I tried octopus salad, mushroom risotto, “Heavenly dessert” and all was perfect! Octopus salad was refreshing and had nice combination with onions and parsley. Food was perfect.
I would recommend to tried “Tropical salad” and cocktails as well. So nice place and perfect food.

An excellent dinner, the octopus was amazing yet again. A great meal out!
