Bango Sushi

One of the most pleasant and satisfying gastronomic experiences I've had when it comes to Japanese food. I highly recommend some of the dishes served outside of the "all you can eat" menu, such as the ceviche that I loved, but anyone can be delighted and satisfied with the variety of the menu available.
A restaurant a little far from the center in my opinion, but a must if you love sushi, good service and a lovely ambience.

Everything I had was absolutely amazing.
Very attentive staff which are always on the lookout to your needs and also keeping your table clean.
Fair price if you consider the quality of the product and also the great location of the restaurant.

I was happy to find this restaurant outside the touristy area of Porto. This is an all-you-can-eat sushi place where you can just simply place orders via smartphone. Sushi and sashimi were better than in Munich, and the service was also nice.
One weird thing was that gyoza was not pan fried but steamed 😅
Anyways, I recommend this place if you are craving sushi in Porto!

One of the best sushi I ever had! The selection options for 'all you can eat' was absolutely amazing! Super fresh fish, very tasty, well done, we couldn't wait to eat all in once 🤣 so the pictures are note 'instagramer'. The atmosphere was nice and interiors really cool. This place is really good! The food and drink were delicious, and there was plenty to choose from, the staff was the nicest I've met in Porto so far, and the whole atmosphere was so great! Everybody was so cheerful, and all the staff was ready to help us instantly, so we had such a joy! Thank you so much for having us!

Very nice experience! Menu and staff only speak in Portuguese, but very friendly. We had the all you can eat sushi experience....it was absolutely fantastic.

We didn’t have a reservation because we didn’t know it was needed, the staff went out of their way to allocate us. The price is fair, the staff is kind, the food was great and had a lot of selection to choose from. It’s also close to the Metro which helps if you want to save on transport if you don’t have a car with you. I recommend having their sangria.

Friendly service and really decent sushi for an all-you-can-eat! I’ve eaten fabulous sushi in some of the best places in the world. This isn’t that, but it way exceeded my expectations for what I’d get for €18.95 per person! The fish is fresh and I can’t understand how they make money given how much we ate, and how tasty it was. The place was busy but felt energetic and fun. Whenever we are in Porto we will come here. Can’t recommend highly enough. The drinks are all reasonably priced too. €4 for a Japanese beer, and €2.50 for a local Super Bock. Nice decor, the food comes quickly when you order (on your phone), and the place just has a nice feel to it. Strongly recommend.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was very calm and the background music was perfect!

This place follows a common formula (and menu) to other sushi places in the Porto area: all-you-can-eat sushi and assorted items for a low price and decent quality. The value is hard to beat if you are hungry. Not for sushi snobs, but sushi is prepared to order and fried items come hot and crispy. Children under 12(?) pay less. Very similar to Taste House in Matosinhos.

I highly recommend calling ahead to make a reservation at this restaurant. I have visited the place three times and every time, it has been packed with people waiting outside for a table. The food is definitely worth the wait though, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. However, on all occasions, there was a delay in our order and it was forgotten at times. But the issue was resolved when we notified the staff. The ordering process is done through a QR code, which can sometimes cause delays, but the staff was quick to assist when we asked for help. Overall, a great dining experience with delicious food and attentive staff.

I love sushi, and this is a place providing quality!
The only bad thing is the time of waiting. We had to wait a lot to get first portion. At least 30 minutes.

Great lunch for a reasonable price. Lots of fish in the rolls, tasty grill. The noodles are mediocre, but it's not the main course. The waiters are great, not all of them know English, but they try very hard to help!
