Keep Fit Gym Calheta

Really the best gym you can go to when you're closer to Calheta than to Funchal. They have everything you need for your workouts. Quite a few dumbbells, barbells, racks, machines for every body part and some cardio machines.
They have an extra empty room with mirrors with enough space for bodyweight exercises or posing. And a small outside area with a rack and sea view 🏝
They also got a few new machines during our stay which are very similar to HammerStrengh machines.

I used this gym during a months stay in Calheta. It is very well equipped with weights. Has some good cardio machines and does some classes. The gym is open from Mon-Friday. The guys that run it are super friendly and speak English.Theres a great view of the ocean too! Highly recommended.

Great gym, vibes and music. Everything you need for a nice fitness workout. Enough dumbells, plates, equipment and barbells. Shoutout to the owner, amazing guy. He made us feel home the second we walked in! Would definitely recommend

The perfect gym for some really good holiday workouts. A great amount of equipment and plenty of free weights. Very clean and a lovely location. Luis the Pt manager Is really friendly and helpful- highly recommend!

Erg vriendelijke eigenaar, en een hele goede sfeer. Op vakantie paar weken aan het trainen. En heeft echt alles wat je nodig heeft voor zowel beginnend als gevorderde sporter.

Tolles Studio. Wer auch im Urlaub fit bleiben möchte, der findet hier alles was ein gutes Training braucht! Freihantelbereich und Maschinen sind auch für Bodybuilder auf Reisen geeignet;-). Der Inhaber Luiz ist ein Energiebündel und so voller positiver Energie, dass man sich hier gleich wohl fühlt!

Destaco o inovador "circuito do Aço" e GRIT que nos leva a desafiar o próprio limite. Escolho e continuarei a escolher o Keep Fit Gym Calheta como o meu ginásio sempre que regressar à Madeira. A diferença é também feita pelo exímio profissional que é o Luís Ascensão, que nos recebe sempre com bons conselhos, ensinamentos e amizade!
