Restaurante Lavrador São Vicente

Incredible views. The service, firstly, was amazing. All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The food was fantastic, the tuna steak and tuna salad were very fresh and tasty. Portion sizes are HUGE. We really enjoyed our time. A lot of tourists, but the value for money was great. Would love to visit again

What a view! On top of that the food is great and service is very friendly. We tried here (on different days) lapas, fish soup, scabbard fish, sandwich, chicken skewers and cheesecake. Everything was well cooked and presented with extra care. White sangria here was the best I tried.

During visit in Sao Vicente we started being hungry. There were a couple of restaurants near sea Shore but we decided to drive up the Hill to Lavrador restaurant. There is small parking in front of entrance. You can sit inside or on the terrace (I fully recomend terrace tables, the view on the Capelinha, valleys, mountains is outstanding). We had scapparb Fish with fries and vegetables. The dish was very delicious. Shrimps which acommpanied fillet was Best I have ever eaten. I trully recommend you that place

Ok I rarely recommend 5 stars, but this Restaurant is a number one. The "Lapas" are awesome. The view is stunning and the service is perfect. GO THERE. Its worth it

I’m sitting here after finishing a beautiful dinner with family.
The food was exquisitely prepared down to the minute details. The food was cooked to perfection and they catered for all of our needs. I required a meal off menu and they somehow magically created it and was exactly what I wanted.
Portions were extremely generous and prices were very reasonable. This is fine dining with an incredible view of St Vincent valley. Service was impeccable and friendly. One of my favourites of Maderia now.

Stunning view and excellent food. We had fish of the day and meat skewer, each comes with 2 sides of your choice. Both dishes were so flavorful and tasty! And on top of that, the service is very good and friendly. We loved this restaurant!

What can we say. The view is to die for, the food is definitely a step up from most we've experienced and the waitress was very friendly and made our experience very pleasant. T Bone steak is delicious, portions very generous. The chicken comes out on a giant skewer and is seasoned to perfection. Would recommend for a lovely romantic meal. The place is a real treat, and the wife and I would highly recommend adding this place to your places to eat when in Sao Vicente.

Nice restaurant with beautiful view on Saõ Vicente and the valley. Food is delicious! We had espetada (1 portion for 2 persons is enough) and espada with shrimps. The waitress very kind and professional.

It was extra good, the best fish we had on Madeira! Got golden fish and salmon fillet, wonderful texture and good look.

Loved this restaurant! I recommend booking to secure a table. The quality of the meat was the best we had on this side of the island and we loved that they stocked the delicious local Quinta do Barbusano wine (recommend the rosé). The waitstaff were stressed as it was a busy service, but otherwise a good experience. Thank you from Australia

Food was amazing. Definitely the best we had in Madeira. The waitress was exceptional as well. Tuna steak was impressively served on the stone. Fish of the day (sea bass) was fresh, tender and very juicy. Totally recommended!

Stunning views over the Sao Vicente town and valley from the terrace of this nice restaurant. Friendly service and good food, we had a wonderful lunch experience here.

Salmon, Sangria, and especially the beef with pepper sauce was absolutely delicious! Think it was the best pepper sauce I ever ate! :-)
