I have rented an apartment at ETC Madeira in December 2020. At first everything was fine, the arrival was nice, the owner of the agency gave me his WhatsApp-number. I was able to reach him at this number and he answered at first. It changed when a little issue appeared which could have been solved very quickly and at low cost (lack of Wifi). The owner preferred simply not to answer messages regarding this issue, but continued to answer others (pretty bizarr). As a result I had to buy mobile internet which made the thing a bit more expensive, but it didn't increase the willingness to answer on my messages. In conclusion I cannot recommend the agency due to a lack of professionalism. Luckily I was able to solve the issue on my expense (which should not happen), but there is no guarantee that a greater problem would be solved in any way.
A pretty strange behaviour, considering that the problem could have been solved within minutes.

Sin previo aviso nos cambiaron el alojamiento. Al llegar a la Isla nos dirigimos a la agencia y allí el dueño, Ezequiel nos llevó al alojamiento. Al llegar vimos que no era lo que habíamos alquilado y tan solo se nos comunicó cuando nosotros le dijimos que nos lo habían cambiado. Nos quejamos durante nuestra estancia porque el alojamiento estaba 8,5km más lejos de Funchal que el otro, la cama era terrible y no tuvimos agua caliente mas que un dia de 10. Nos dijeron que todo estaba bien y no hicieron nada.
No les pongo un 0 porque los dueños del alojamiento eran muy amables y ellos si intentaron ayudarnos, sin éxito.

Sobre la respuesta recibida por parte de la agencia, sin ningun lugar a dudas hubiese acudido a un hotel 5 estrellS o cualquier otra agencia de saber que no tendría agua caliente. No creo que sea necesario explicar porque queriamos ducharnos con agua caliente la verdad...

Nos cambiaron de alojamiento sin decirnos nada. A un apartamento con dos dormitorios que evidentemente no ibamos a usar, sin agua caliente y si nos quejamos nos dice que debimos reservar un 5 estrellas... que por 20€ la noche no podemos exigir las condiciones que indicaba la web..... Vergonzoso cara dura el señor Ezequiel.
