Country Riding Centre

Absolutely fantastic 90 min hack in the forest outside Silves. Would highly recommend Country Riding Centre horses and facilities are great. We will be back again next year.

We had the best time at the Country Riding Centre. Martina and the girls made us feel incredibly comfortable despite a long break from riding. Our guide was super friendly and chatty and we had a glorious relaxed ride in the stunning countryside. The hack itself was varied and our highlight was cantering up the hills amongst the eucalyptus. The stables are beautiful and the horses were even nicer! We couldn't recommend enough!

First time riding ever!! At 51, I was a bit nervous but my partner (v experienced) took me along and I had a great time. 90 min ride was perfect as a beginner. Our guide was v friendly and encouraging. Horse (Jilldo?) was superchilled. Recommend!

Beautiful place and horses are well cared for. Had a lovely hack and jumping lesson. Trainer was great.

We have ridden at Country Riding Centre two times. Last April and again this summer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The horses seem very healthy and well cared for. The 1.5 hour ride is through the hills and makes for a very nice morning, including for kids or less experienced riders. Would recommend Country Riding Centre!

Wonderful and relaxing hacks!

We went for a 2,5 hour hack in the beginning of our holiday with my girlfriend and loved it so much that we bookend another 1,5 hour hack few days after. The hacks were personalized to our wishes and it was just us and the guide Dominique on them.

The hacks were done in peaceful and beautiful mountain terrain with views even the horses were still amazed by.

The people around the stables were warm and welcoming and the horses were well taken care of.

Probably the best place to have a horseback ride in Algarve! Martina and Steven are very friendly and flexible. We are beginners, so we contacted them to customize our package to our skill level; we decided for a 30min riding lesson followed by a half day hack with picnic. We even arranged for them to pick us up for a small fee.

The scenery in Silves, where we had our hack is incredible: lots of blooming trees and a nice lake at the picnic spot, plus interesting trails to trot on. Our trainer, Lisa, was very helpful and friendly and we quickly felt comfortable on horseback.

Overall it was a very fun day, and we'd certainly do it again! We highly recommend this place - just write them an email; they are very nice and can help tailor your experience depending on what you are interested in.

Great place, very friendly people, wonderful experience. Our kids really enjoyed the pony ride. Highly recommended!

I know nothibg about horses but this stable and dog kennel looks fantastic and well run with very happy animals

Geweldige manege. Britt, onze vriendelijke begeleider was met ons mee op een 1,5 uur durende rondrit. Heeft ons veel over de omgeving verteld. Paarden zagen er goed uit en werden goed verzorgd. Zeker aanbevelen 👍

Ich hatte heute die 2 1/2 h Tour gebucht. Bestes Wetter u. Ich war mit meiner super lieben Tourführerin alleine unterwegs. Ich hab den Wallach Snow bekommen. Er war wirkliche ein super artiges Schätzchen, der flott unterwegs, aber immer gut zu regulieren war. Die Tour führte ins Hinterland zum Stausee. Er war ein Traum für mich! Ich hatte super nette Gespräche u. grandiose Ausblicke. Es fühlte sich für mich an, als wäre ich mit einer Freundin unterwegs. Der Stall ist super ordentlich u. Es wird großen Wert auf den artgerechten Umgang mit den Pferden gelegt. Hierfür ein dickes Danke von mir, da dass nicht selbstverständlich ist! Habe einen wundervollen vormittag hier verbracht. Ich bin super begeistert u. Zufrieden🙏

Super leuk! Waanzinnig mooie omgeving. Onze dochter van bijna 12 heeft hier een hele leuke buitenrit gehad. Professionele begeleiding en aardige mensen.

Ik had een wandeling geboekt als ervaren ruiter, zeer aangenaam en correct paard, vriendelijke begeleiding, mooie actieve wandeling.
Mensen die hun dieren graag zien en er goed voor zorgen. Is voor mij zeer belangrijk.

Ich habe einen Ausritt gemacht und es war wirklich super, hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht und die Pferde werden sehr gut behandelt und gepflegt :)
Würde immer wieder kommen!
