Coin Operated Laundromat

Launderette is open as of Oct 2021. It's inside the Spar to the left as you walk in. Washing machines are 6 euros for an 8kg load. Bring coins, but the staff in the Spar can give you change if needed.

Instructions are only in Portuguese (see picture).

English instructions:
1. Turn machine on
2. Put clothes in
3. Close door
4. Select programme
5. Put money in machine on the wall
6. Press 'start' on the machine

Detergent is included as part of the wash.

Great coin operated laundry. Grocery store and cafe in same building.

Clear instructions in English and really easy to operate. 3 washing machines of 8kgs. Those cost 6 euros and detergent and softener are included. 2 euros for drying for 20 minutes.

This is a small, clean laundromat in the same building as SPAR super market. We used it to dry some clothes we had washed in our hotel by hand. BEWARE that dryer #4 stops after only ten minutes and asks for more money. It should have lasted 20 minutes for 2 Euros: we ended up paying 4 Euros for clothes partially dried after 20 minutes.😣

Make sure you have plenty of 1€ coins as there's no change machine on site. Wash takes 60mins. Used the large drier and the default temp setting didn't do much at all after 3€ so moved clothes to smaller drier. Very slow process.

Niestety nie mogę polecić tej pralni że względu na ceny!

Ne rends pas la monnaie. Du coup j’ai mis les sous pour le séchage en avance en sélectionnant la machine. J’avais un crédit qui a disparu avant d’avoir pu lancer le sèche linge car la machine s’est éteinte. Vous me devez 2€. Il n’y a aucun numéro de support technique ni rien.
