This is a great leisure centre, it has 3 swimming pools, 2 of which are joined together and the 3rd is a large pool for swimming lengths in lanes, with a starting platform at the end of each lane to jump into the pool. The middle pool has 5 lanes and is shallow at one end at only 0.6 metres and is 1.3 metres at its deep end. The first pool is less than a metre deep and has a constant flowing jet of water from a large arm that you can stand under and get a massage from it. There are lots of different changing rooms, separate ones for men and women, they all have various showering facilities including communal, and private cubicles, there are free lockers but you need to have a small padlock with you, you can buy these from reception at 5 euro each. I just brought my own, better to have the combination kind then you don't have to carry a key while swimming. Also everyone must wear a swimming cap, and men wear tight lycra style swimming trunks / shorts not the baggy style. Flip flops / sliders must be worn when walking around changing rooms and poolside areas. The water in pools was nice and warm at all times. There is a large gym, exercise areas.

Excellent pool. No need to register or provide ID €4.00 to swim. As in all pools in Portugal you need to have a swim suit not bikini or Bermuda. Flip flops and a swim hat. You need your own padlock for the lockers. Lots of swimming lessons and training when I went so just one lane (8) for general lane swimming plus another later, but clockwise system worked well.

We go about 3 times a week trainer's are friendly and helpful sometimes it's a little busy we think best times are just after 11.30 seems to get quieter so u can have a good workout member are friendly u get 2 chat to other people who can help u out with machines staff will often give you a training session to get you started if ask showing you how to work each machine and how to use weights overall great gym

Wirklich ein super Fitnessstudio . Hat alles was man braucht . Daily Ticket kostet 6€ vollkommen okay. Sehr nettes Personal. Kurse kann man auch mitmachen . Schwimmen kann man dort auch , haben wir aber nicht genutzt .

Muy buenas instalaciones con las que cuenta Lagos. Una piscina de 25 m y otra de menor tamaño para natación terapéutica por ejemplo. Muy luminosa
