In and out in 30 minutes. Both scans done! Excellent and friendly staff and doctors. I can't recommend this facility too highly.

This review is solely to help others as I have not yet been to the clinic. I’ve read many negative reviews here regarding phone scheduling. This is very unhelpful.

I found it very easy to schedule all my exams via their website link. Just fill in the form on the first page and the response time is almost immediate. Scheduled. Easy.

If they tell you to call or email again at the end of the month, do not panic. This is common at many of the clinics. Just do that and you will promptly get an appointment.

Great service from all the staff! Friendliness and professional and a mere five minute wait before I had my scan. Well done all of you! 👏👏👏

Absolutely brilliant. Quick, efficient and friendly service. Antigen tests were really reasonably priced and the results came quickly. I just wish we could do it this well in England!!

There is a front entrance, and a back entrance in the square, nearly back to back, that is part of the clinic.
We did covid tests here for travel. The antigen one. They also do PCR tests here. They are helpful, and really clear. We waited outside for 10 minutes and with giving all the information it took about 20 minutes.

Muito mau, não atendem telefone. Fui pessoalmente,a funcionária estava na conversa com as pessoas que estavam na sala, fora do balcão.

Muito difícil, senão quase impossível de marcar exames, muito mau atendimento de clientes. Liguei no início de Outubro para marcar uma ecografia disseram que só no início do mês de Novembro poderia marcar. Liguei dia 1 de novembro ninguém atende o telefone liguei dia 2 de novembro outravez as 9:00 da manhã e atenderam e disseram que só no início de Dezembro podiam marcar porque as marcações de novembro JA ESTAVAM CHEIAS!!!🤬. Mas então como faço para marcar uma eco??? Resposta: Ligue em dezembro pode ser que tenha sorte???desde setembro a espera!!!!

Sehr schlecht einen Termin zu bekommen. Seit 5 Monaten versuche ich einen Termin für eine Untersuchung zu bekommen. Immer heißt es die Termine seien schon vergeben. Ich soll am 25 Oktober Anrufen für einen Termin. Ich hab angerufen aber niemand ging ans Telefon. Diese Klinik verarscht die Patienten. Kann jeden nur Lagoa Centro empfehlen die Arbeiten zügig und zuverlässig und man muss nicht so ein Spiel mit sich spielen lassen
