Such a welcoming environment. Service was amazing, the staff were top notch and the food was incredible. I had the sea bass and fish soup and my sister had the cod!

Food and service are wonderful. Highly recommend. The rack of Lamb was outstanding. Can't rate this place high enough.

This was the first time I had visited this restaurant, and I am delighted to say it was fabulous. There were plenty of selections to choose from, and the food was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overly so. I will definitely go there again.

Having stayed in Carvoeiro we ate here several times on our holiday after a recommendation from our parents. It was always absolutely fantastic, great fresh food, generous portions and great value for money. The staff are so friendly and its a lovely restaurant. Would highly recommend. Having returned to another part of Portugal on another holiday we travelled to Bella Rosa one evening with our extended family and it again exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Be prepared for simple home cooking and no frills at great prices. Food just like mother used to make. Authentic tasty vegetarian and Non Veg ..food. Lots of good Choice …Food is very yummy …and Staff is very Cooperative…

service is amazing and the atmosphere very welcoming.
The variety of dishes is really good, and so fat all the ones i have tried were delicious. Definitely worth going!!

What an amazing restaurant. My mum and dad have been going to Happi and his wife’s restaurant for years and last night we went with them for the first time and it went beyond our expectations. Food is fantastic, the staff are fab and so attentive they were great with the kids too. Would definitely recommend this hidden gem for some dinner.

Very easy going environment (for us very appreciated as not very typical in Carvoeiro), fantastic service (attentive, nice, offering a porto wine as digestive on the house), very tasty dinner! A big bonus for the parents is a wide variety of kids menu options (including lasagna, steak or fish sticks among others)

Loved this place. Having walked up and down trying to satisfy the kids, I aksed the owner here if he could muster up a pepperoni pizza for my 7 yr old, as she'd been promised one all day. I was even happy for them to go and buy one from the intermarche and cook it, but he said he had one out back that they cook for the staff, so we took our group of 7, and sat down. We had couvert, starters, mains desserts and drinks. Everyone loved their food, and they made a big fuss of my daughter when they brought her the pizza that she'd been promised (it was only half a pizza, because it turns out it was his kid's pizza for when he comes and helps out, and he only has half everytime he has pizza). They really took very good care of us, and if it hadn't been my last night, I would definitely have gone back there. It was reasonably priced too.

We've just returned back from our second visit after a really nice meal last night. Both nights the restaurant was almost full with plenty of reservations (mid-September), so I would recommend reserving a table, especially in peak season. I had the mixed kebab both nights, my girlfriend had the vegetarian lasagne and salmon with lemon and parmesan crust and we had a chocolate mousse dessert. Good portion sizes for the average person, very tasty home-cooked food, fantastic service from the friendly waiting staff and everybody around us had clear plates all saying how nice their food was. We would definitely recommend this place if you're staying locally.
