Very friendly and polite staff. Rooms very clean and cozy. Lots of attention to detail, with free water, chocolate and branded items to use. Towels, slippers, toothbrush, shoe cleaner, shampoo and more. 24 hour reception and elevator to access multiple levels. There is an outdoor pool, gym and sauna. Free water and fruits can be found at the gym. They have a patio to sit outside, or inside seating. Cozy little tables and corner, or even for bigger group. Breakfast can be included for an up charge.

Great location, as it is quiet, but within minutes you can walk to restaurants or into the city with lots to do.

I booked this hotel with credit card points for the simple reason that it was the cheapest and the most conveniently located. I had read other reviews that complained highly about the noise from the construction of the new train station and line right in front of the hotel, I was a bit hesitant but I couldn’t beat the location.
I’m so glad I did. It’s a great little boutique hotel in the heart of Porto, extremely convenient to everything. We literally walked everywhere from this point. Staff was wonderful but Marta was exceptional, just a wonderful person to ask questions and recommendations on Porto. She is passionate about what she does. Marta should be general manager of a One Shot!!!!!

Our room was comfy and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast in the hotel was pleasant and coffee was on point.
I loved my whole experience here. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

About the noise level: it did not bother me at all. There was never construction before 8am and they stopped in the evening. Unless you are an afternoon napper, you will not in the least be bothered by it. The new line is causing construction and traffic everywhere on in Porto so just be prepared for that.

Not coming to the hotel until September 2024 but Tiago has been very helpful in advice on how to get to the hotel from the airport. So excellent service and looking forward to our visit.

Lovely hotel. Good location. No noise from the works as we stayed over the weekend. Rooms decent size for city location clean and lovely shower room.

We loved everything about this hotel! It is gorgeous and the folks at the front desk are fabulous. Will was a particular standout for us, as he helped us with a late checkout. And the lovely people in the brunch room allowed my husband to surprise me with coffee and a croissants in bed. Book one of the rooms with a balcony. Although there is construction happening right now, who cares? If you were staying in NYC, there's always construction and they stop early so it's quiet in the evening. Plus this is a great location close to tons of shopping and restaurants. Can't wait to return!

Great location. Room with terrace is worth it. Staff was so friendly and gave recommendations to sights worth seeing. Rooms were clean. Fridge was always stocked. Also appreciated that this hotel values the environment. Loved staying here.

We had a brilliant 3 night stay at Hotel One Shot. Every member of staff we met was very professional and welcoming 😊 The breakfast buffet was super tasty, with plenty of options! Very central location with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. Would stay again! Obrigada!

Really enjoyed our stay. The room was so nice with a beautiful view and you can also enjoy their rooftop patio. The workers were amazing and extremely welcoming. It's located in a nice area with many sightseeing spots and restaurants nearby.
Keep in mind, it's a big construction happening now in the area so might be noisy.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks to the friendly FO and Breakfast team. The location was everything, easy and convenient to reach most of the touristy spots by foot (you do need to walk in a bigger loop due the construction site, but that didn’t bother us at all).

The hotel isn’t too big, it has a cozy reception area, and our room was spacious! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Porto!

Short stay, but nice rooms in a good but busy location. Construction around there makes getting around challenging even on foot

Before we got there we got several emails about possible noise due to local construction. We were on the 4th floor and while construction started about 8, it was a steady hum rather than jackhammering and after a while I didn't even notice. It was quiet at night

I have a lot of good things to say about this hotel. First, the location is PERFECT! It’s right in the middle of Porto and just a few walks away from Sao Bento Metro Station. Unfortunately there are road works around the hotel so we had to walk a few extra steps (which we don’t mind because this hotel is near everything). Second, all the staff are so friendly, nice and accommodating. They catered to all our requests and even greeted my husband a happy birthday. They also were so nice to book us a taxi going to the airport at 4:30 am. The staff working at the breakfast station was also so friendly and nice. It really makes a HUGE difference when the staff and employees are nice and friendly. They always greeted us whenever we go inside the hotel and asked us if everything was okay whenever we pass by. Felipe also gave us a map when we checked in and suggested restaurants, places to see and activities to do. Again, double thumbs up for the staff. Third, the room was perfectly cleaned when we arrived. We had an amazing balcony with a view of Porto. The breakfast selection was also great. It’s definitely a must hotel when you visit Porto. We will definitely stay here again and we can’t wait to visit the beautiful city of Porto in the future. Thank you very much for the best experience!

A lovely Hotel in Porto! Loved this Hotel that was renovated respecting old but with modern comforts. Room was quiet from other rooms voices and noises from outside metro building site came through but didn't bother us. Hotel even warned us about the builging site soon after our booking. Everything was made with logic like shower floor was on lower level than other bathroom floor. Soaps and other things were placed to the right places and big mirror with chosen light was good for puttin on makeup. Air conditioner worked perfectly and everything was just great. Hotel staff was very friendly, happy and helpful. Breakfast was good with great view and fresh products. I definetily recommend to book this Hotel if you visit Porto, would definitely visit again!

If not for the road blockage due to train station construction, this hotel would hv easily rated five stars for me. It’s conveniently located to the main shopping/eating area, within walking distances to many attractions in Porto, overlooks Intercontinental Hotel and some of the attractions from the room.

Super central hotel, close to excellent restaurants, museums, churches, gardens and bars.

The staff are very helpful and friendly and always have very good recommendations.

Breakfast is very good and varied, and it's served on the rooftop.

The hotel's decor is very beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable and clean.

Ps.: as the hotel is a few meters from Banco de Portugal, there are police on the street at all times, which makes it very safe.

Managed to exceed my expectations by a comfortable margin. Top service. Well equipped rooms. I recommend using the breakfast offer.
