Nice range of quality fresh produce and all other food items

A very well organized supermarket with reasonable (usual local) prices. The shop is spacious and has a great range of items and groceries. Staff is very friendly, albeit it very "relaxed', which is not necessarily a bad thing. Parking garage below the shop / around the corner. Nice little cafe by the escalator to the garage entry beside the counters.

Best supermarket we found on the southwest side of Madeira!
Super large, clean, big variety of products, fresh produce (vegetables, fish, meat); a welcome shopping experience after all the village shops we’ve been to.

I agree with many others: this is the best supermarket I have been to on Madeira. Good size, good selection, good layout - but going through the register is sloooow. (For a good part due to the very short belt - about 1m long).

As usual, good location with underground parking

Usually not to long queues for paying. Have good offers daily. Easy to find what you want to buy. An overall nice supermarket.

Good selection and resonable prices. Reminded us of Canadian selections.

This is the biggest supermarket in RB. The pingo doce by the ocean is a joke compared. It's also way emptier. They have a lot of household items, too.

Excellent staff and management by far the better of the 2 stores in the the area. The other out of town has probably the worst manager ever, which is a pity because the staff are great
