Pela razão de os clientes BPI , não podem usufruir da caixa multibanco clientes BPI, sem ser no horário de expediente , a mesma fica fechada depois das 17h , fins de semana etc.
Espero que seja melhorado .

Sadly I cant say good things about this branch since I was completely rejected since the moment I stepped inside. I went to this bank to open an account since my family have accounts from this bank as well and then this young lady who attended me discriminate me and negated the opening of a account, as well as, challenging my nationality as if I was not Portuguese because of my accent.
Very disappointed by this bank human resources whose didn’t realise what type of person they hired.

I rejected the conversion rate on the ATM twice and they still followed through with the transaction, don't make the same mistake I did, there was no option to cancel the transaction!

Este banco e uma vergonha parace mesmo um ministério mal levado. Você vai passar calor, filas longas e atendimento sem interesse. Nao abrir conta neste banco, e melhor santander ou millenium.

This bank is an embarrassment it seems like any inefficient government office. You will waste your time on long lines, heat and carefree customer service. Do not open an account on this bank, go to millennium or santander.
