A ce jour, le constructeur à plus de 6 mois de retard, l'appartement ne sera pas livré avant fin janvier 2022 dans le meilleur des cas. Initialement la livraison était prévu pour juin 2021. Aucune indemnisation du promoteur et aucune empathie. Réflechissez avant d'investir sur plan.
ne mérite même pas une étoile, le promoteur donne une piètre image du Portugal. Je vous conseille d'acheter une construction terminée et vendue par un particulier.
