Quinta de Moledos

An oasis of calm and the complete antithesis of the gaudy built-up commercialism of much of the southern Algarve.
Rural location, but excellent modern (and eco friendly) facilities built in traditional style.
A large variety of beautiful, unspoilt beaches (Amoreira, Odeciexe, Vale dos Homens, Arrifana, Monte Clerigo and more) plus wonderful coastal walks with stunning scenery, all just 10-15 minutes drive away. Great value and good quality restaurants in nearby Aljezur & Rogil too (Intermarche as well as local shops), and Lagos is just 40 minutes drive if you do want a bit more (but still very pleasant) touristy action there.
A real "getting away from it all" place: privacy, peace and quiet; 2 very friendly dogs; a couple of donkeys and a pony; excellent hosts in Matthew (English) and Miro (Portuguese); and all just an easy < 1 1/2 hour drive from Faro airport.
We really can't wait to come back.

A beautiful peaceful place and extremely good value! High quality, clean and spacious accommodation, great access to beaches, lovely infinity pool overlooking the countryside, good BBQ and outdoor area for each house, well kept grounds. Host Matthew is very welcoming and helpful. Can't wait to get back there!

This place is a gem, very high standard of accommodation, a lovely pool and brilliant access to some of the best beaches I've ever seen. A very chilled out vibe for a relaxing break. Great welcome on arrival and Matthew knows the area inside out. Will definitely return !!

if you're the kind of person that needs to recharge the batteries and wants to do it in privacy away from the noise this place is as good as it's gonna get. the owner matthew put his heart and soul into this place and transformed it into a very environmentally friendly gem with his own bare hands. sleep in the house or one of the two trailers he built as well and enjoy being gently swayed by the breezes at night with no light pollution other than a starry night overhead. hammocks, an outdoor kitchen, super friendly/helpful staff and a huge pristine infinity pool will make this absolutely worth your while.

Great place to stay, close to wonderful beaches from Costa Vicentina, but at the same time rural and secluded for some relaxing time. Comes with the added bonus of a friendly dog and poney, that contribute to the enjoyment of the place. The appartments have everything we need to enjoy a nice vacation.

Wunderschöne Anlage. Super Pool!! Sehr nette Betreiber, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zentral gelegen zu verschiedenen Stränden.

Local ideal para relaxar. Um silêncio raro , no meio do nada … com animais de quinta ao redor! Cavalos , burros , vacas … cães muito simpáticos e uma piscina muito agradável ! Excelentes condições. Durante a noite é possível desfrutar dum céu totalmente estrelado… algo que nestes dias é muito raro!
Fica localizado perto de Rogil, onde existem supermercados, cafés e restaurantes.

Adoro, a segunda vez que estou na Quinta de Moledos.

A Quinta está muito bonita, agradável para passar uns dias em família ou mesmo com amigos. Piscina limpa, jardins bem cuidados. Dois cães muito queridos e amigáveis a Roxy e o Reef, gostam muito de crianças, um cavalo e um pônei 😊
