If you are very hungry and can fit in a big meal of seafood, this place is a good choice with a great price

- a variety of dishes from salmon to cod
- shrimps and mussels
- of course octopus!

The octopus is very sweet and soft - I wish Canada or Australia would have this too

Fishes - I felt they were cooked a bit too long so the meat has become too tender at times. They are wild so the flavour of each type of fish can be tasted distinctly

I highly recommend the octopus salad although a bit more variety on the veggie aside from lettuce would heighten the dish

People with me also ordered pork chop - which was well grilled. The chips were great.

Food was good. We never felt rushed and stayed for 45min for lunch. Five minutes away from the Castelo de S. Jorge entrance

Found the place just after visiting the castle. I was not expecting anything like this, all I wanted to was to try some traditional fish. I was invited by someone inside, who was very attentive to everything. Recommended us a great dish and told us the portions were big. He was right, it was enough for both of us, even if the menu stated it was for 1 person. The place had a small terrace but it was an intimate feeling in the end. The prices were average and the staff really awesome.

I am not sure why the reviews are low for this restaurant. This is a great place if you like seafood!

Awesome food, decent prices, welcoming staff. As always in Lisbon, large portions. We has fish and seafood, have to try the pork and the lamb here.

We were invited in from the street. Luckily we went. Wonderful peaceful atmosphere, friendly and fast service. Affordable price level. I recommend. Love it ❤.

Stopped here for just a snack, and the cod fritter were so good! And so was the cappuccino! Owners were so kind

Delicious food and friendly service. This place seems too close to the castle to be a good choice, but is actually great. The shady terrace made for a very relaxing lunch

This place is a hidden gem….. great food; super cold beer, great appetizers & fastastic cod…. And extremely affordable compared to US restaurants &/or restaurants in Lisbon high traffic areas. Enjoy….

Nos ha encantado el sitio. Desde que pasamos por delante de la puerta que una mujer muy agradable nos deseaba "buen día" (y volvimos para comer allí) hasta que nos hemos ido ha sido todo genial. La camarera que nos ha atendido ha sido también encantadora, cercana, amigable etc sin dejar de ser muy profesional (servicio perfecto). El idioma no ha sido un problema tampoco. Pedimos ensalada de pollo (riquísima), arroz con marisco (ESPECTACULAR) y brochetas de cerdo (también estaban muy ricas aunque no eran como salían en la imagen de la carta). Y todo muy bien de precio. GRACIAS.

Très bonne adresse. Plats copieux et bien préparés. Près du château St Georges. Accueil sympathique avec une personne parlant parfaitement français. Petit bémol pour l'un des serveurs qui n'est pas très agréable. Sinon le reste est parfait.

Restaurant typique. La dame a l’accueil vous met de la chaleur au cœur. Le service est là, rapide avenant.
Et la cuisine une vrai cuisine traditionnelle comme on aime. La carne alentijana est juste whaouuuuu, j’y ai retrouvé le goût de celle de ma mère…..
Une vrai surprise.

Отличное место прям рядом с замком. Брали осьминога и (уж не помню как называется) запечённое блюдо из трески с картошкой, сливками и сыром. Очень понравилось и то и другое, вернёмся ещё, когда будем в Лиссабоне.
