Super service de la part du personnel de SATA tant à l'agence qu'à l'aéroport. Ils ne lambinent pas pour gérer les aléas météorologiques de Flores avec une organisation bien rodée et réactive ! Bravo pour la prise en charge et votre dévouement pour trouver des solutions !

Customer support terribly awful, flights delays without a reason why and the phone contacts for assistance is the same as not having.

SATA is one of the best airlines in the Azores but does not want passengers to fly and they cancel flight after flight for fear that 35 human beings will die again like the fateful December 11, 1999

Bad airline !!!! Two from two booked flight were changed an the information arrived only one week before. That`s really tricky: offering flights at regular (good) time and then to change the time after booking. 😡
