Restaurante Grande Palácio Hong Kong

I had an exceptional dining experience at Restaurante Grande Palácio Hong Kong. The hot and sour soup was a delight, perfectly spiced and authentically flavorful. The tofu with minced beef was an absolute standout, the best I've ever had. What truly elevated the experience was the impeccable service; the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. As a sweet touch, they even offered complimentary mandarin with New Year wishes, adding a warm, personal touch to the meal. Overall, an outstanding culinary and hospitality experience—I highly recommend it!

Excellent Chinese dishes and guangdong style food. The food are cooked very professional. We love them. Just one thing: can’t pay for the bill by other countries’ card, better prepare euro cash if you don’t have Portugal bank card!

We stumbled upon this a few meters from our hotel. I am not particularly fond of Chinese since leaving the USA (specifically California) I was very pleasantly surprised with the food…very tasty and well made. My only complaint is the portion of the rice, we had to order 2 portions. Other than that our waiter was a local very friendly and helpful. Chines staff does not speak, any language other than Chinese so it’s a bit difficult to communicate. We were saved by the waiter! Will definitely eat again before leaving Porto!

If you are missing Chinese cuisine in Porto, this is the restaurant you should go - they cooked very authentic and homey chinese meals. We tried the roasted duck and pork, and they were superb. The steamed cook shrimp in garlic was very delicious, and I literally drank all the gravy/sauce. I also tried the beef noodle with soup. Added in some hot chili paste into the soup, and it turned it into wonders! The price was reasonable, the portion was huge, and the atmosphere was family friendly.

Food were really authentic. Definitely recommend to my friend when they are in town.

The real McCoy, a friend of mine who lived in Hong Kong for 20 years told me about this place and as he said to me I’ll say to you , just get past the aesthetics and sit down , truly an authentic Chinese restaurant dining experience , everything we had was spot on delicious, I will be going back to try their peeking duck soon .
English speaking friendly no muss no fuss service , good for group of 8 to 10 people , dim sum all day and night .

We have been in Portugal for 13 days now and miss having rice and asian food. This restaurant did not disappoint. Most Authentic Chinese restaurant in Porto !!! We will certainly eat here again !!!

Very clean and friendly staff. Lots of photos on the menu. Efficient service, and food has excellent flavors and wok heat. Would definitely recommend for tasty Cantonese food (they also have a few Sichuan dishes that are sublime)!

Pleasantly surprised to find such an authentic Chinese restaurant serving Sichuan dishes and other favorites. Ordered the Sichuan Boiled beef, Hot and Sour soup and Sweet and Sour pork and all are delicious! Enjoyed the food a lot and will definitely be back. 1 thing to note is that they only accept cash and MBWay so make sure you have the correct payment method.

Great place! A true Chinese restaurant. I was craving for sweet and sour chicken for a month, and they delivered a great one! Ate the Peiking duck, too, and was very good. I will definitely go back many more times. Enjoy!

Im travelling from Algarve to Braga and this is so far the most authentic Chinese food ive ever tasted. My Chinese food cravings is finally solved!

The food is well made and tasteful. I had a good time there. The place is close to one of the main metro stations (Trindade) and easy to find.

Our meal here was one of the best chinese meals we have ever had - really authentic, beautiful rich flavours, generous portions and great service from the young waiter. Recommend the smoky aubergine dish (we had this vegan which was delicious), and the spicy peri-peri chicken. Everything was spot on here and the place was packed with locals

Food was excellent, prices average for the area. Would definitely eat here again if in Porto

I don’t even care that they don’t even bother to add soy sauce or any other sauce to the delivery - it was simple, non pretentious and absolutely delicious cantonese food.
