Lovely hotel/ villa. Everything very clean and fresh. Relaxed atmosphere.
Staff extremely kind, thoughtful and welcoming.
The central courtyard and pool are a nice oasis away from the street.
Rooms all newly decorated. Spartan style though, again, very clean and they have everything you need. Plenty of space in the room and a generous shower room.

A fabulous little boutique hotel with wonderful staff! From our warm welcome, to the very friendly and helpful staff, to the beautiful and spacious room overlooking the interior courtyard, to the special little touches (tea and cookies delivered in the evening!) — everything was perfect! Location is great too with a wide variety of restaurants only a few minutes walk away. Parking is tricky to find, but we managed by moving the car around and paying for street parking. We highly recommend the Casa Rosa for your stay in the south!

Solo traveler stay - just one night but very much enjoyed my stay. Comfortable room on main level was quiet and very clean. Breakfast was provided and very nice. Pool is great for a dip. Location is an easy walk to many restaurants and the waterfront area. Would happily stay again. Staff was lovely. Strong internet connection should you need that and they arranged a taxi for me from the airport.

Wonderful week. Thanks to Marcos and the staff who were always friendly and helpful. Lovely unspoilt place with boat trips and ferries to superb beaches.
The villa is a high standard and the rooms were very good.

Excellent service offered by staff working there, I enjoyed my holidays in a very big way. We got an upgraded camera and the service was amazing, we received good night tea and the Villa has self service bar option, cookies from their side. Amazing breakfast and the garden is the best place to relax and do sports! Behind the Villa is a public parking place, no payment required, is a safe place no damages will be created.
Villa is near city center and beach, the best conditions for holiday and again I have to repeat, excellent staff service, nice people working there!

We only stayed at Casa Rosa for one night. Beatriz greeted us. She was wonderful, attentive, and kind. She hands us a container with tea and biscuits. The room is spacious, comfortable, and clean. Beer, soft drinks, and cocktails are available on the patio. Breakfast was also extremely nice and enjoyable.

I stayed here for a small business trip on a last minute booking and I loved it. The atmosphere is lovely both in the pool courtyard and the terraces up above. The breakfast was great. There were small considerate touches (such as green tea at bedtime, eggs at breakfast) that made it that bit more special than other experiences. Above all the service was probably the best I've experienced and I found the young lady (Beatrice I think) to be exceptionally welcoming, helpful and friendly. Overall excellent value for the price. I hope to return for a vacation next time with my wife as I spent the whole time thinking she would love it!

Casa Rosa was a fantastic place to stay! From the wonderful breakfast, to the great tea surprise every evening, we felt welcome every moment we were there. We were also received very well and got some great recommendations for a good night out.

Unexpected little boutique gem in Olhao. The villa Manager was fantastic and accommodating for our later arrival. First time I was in Olhao and arrived later in the eve and needed food. Found the waterside restaurants a shorth walking distance from the Villa where a great dinner was had. The included next mornings breakfast was fantastic with fresh fruit, eggs to our choice, coffee, tea, juice and the works. The Villa is secure and easy to access. The only thing I would recommend would be that the instructional/welcome email received would have came earlier then a few hours prior to 20:00hrs considering the check-in time restrictions. It effected my itinerary and I would have made alterations knowing the check-in details prior to.

A really nice boutique hotel. When you enter the courtyard, it’s as if you’re in a bubble within the city. The staff is nice too and rooms are perfect. The small swimming-pool is a real plus during summertime.

We stayed there only one night and look forward coming back on our next trip to the region as the hospitality was truly excellent. We also appreciated the elegant decoration: modern yet warm and with character. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and the choice of colours is simply superb. The Casa is perfectly located being 2 minute walk from the old part of town and 10 from the waterfront. There is ample parking space behind the hotel and it is free. The advice we received on restaurants was spot on and the the atmosphere with the other guests at breakfast (so yummy!) really nice. The very nice pool was a great place to relax after a day out and was set inside a lush patio garden. While working out on the terrace above, very pleasant.

Managed perfectly by Marcus & his small team, this pretty boutique hotel is a little gem. The architecture & design are very well thought through & the location is excellent. Owners, Colum & David are very hands-on but unobtrusively so. Loved it!

Lovely small hotel staffed by lovely people set in a perfect location in the centre of Olhao. Our bedroom was comfortable and spacious, but one little grouse was the need for some drawer space. We were there for a week and found ourselves having to keep some items in our suitcase, but that didn’t spoil our stay. Breakfasts were very enjoyable and leisurely, taken around the small pool. A great start to the day. We hope to return next year.

Wow. We enjoyed every second of our stay here. Casa Rosa offers aesthetic spaces, well-thought details, comfy beds and yummy breakfast buffets. One of those places I'd like others to know, experience and, hopefully, appreciate like I did.

Casa Rosa is extremely welcoming. The staff are sensational with the best smiles in all of Olhao. Clearly they are proud of their work.

The rooms are very functional and spotless. The beds very comfy. The breakfast buffet offers a wonderful selection of croissants, breads, cheeses, meats and fruits. Don't forget the local yogurt. The staff will happily bring you coffee of your choice always hot and delicious.

If you are lucky enough to have lunch and dinner at Casa Rosa you will enjoy local food impeccably prepared with the freshest ingredients. The villa boasts a lovely pool and exquisite upstairs area for lounging.

The location is perfect as you can't get lost. Security is great as a key is necessary to get into the property and another for your room.

The villa was amazing. Clean, stylish and immaculately presented. The location is brilliant, easy walking distance to everything.
I stayed as part of Dora's art course which was extremely well run with meals included (also excellent) and painting excursions to the islands and neighbouring village.
Would highly recommend both the villa and the art course.

Simply marvelous. Simple. Marvelous. This is a gem in the center of Olhão, a short walk to restaurants, shops and the waterfront.
The villa is very basic on decor and layout, but very comfortable and so pleasing in every aspect.
The welcome is wonderful, the pool and courtyard are a delight and the breakfast buffet is scrumptious. The staff are more than wonderful, both caring and professional. I was a little surprised by the price, but it was worth it.
We thoroughly enjoyed our all-too-short stay!

Great holiday stay at Casa Rosa. The team were very welcoming and accommodating when I arrived. Helped me to find and book some nice places for lunch and dinners. The room was nice and the shared space is great, including the pool for a short dip to cool off. Only discovered some of the delights of Olhão on the last day - great town, and Casa Rosa is nice and close.

As a family we rented Casa Rosa, right in the centre of Olhao. We enjoyed being in the town as you felt safe and everything was on our doorstep. We found some lovely places to eat, very reasonably priced. Our personal favourite was the ice cream parlour near the sea front which we visited regularly. We took a ferry boat over to the beach on a near by island, and took a taxi for shopping and sight seeing in Faro. The villa itself - Case Rosa - had amazing sized rooms with such unique decor, the beds were large and very comfy. I had the poolside room so it was nice to just step out in the morning in the pool area and take a dip in the pool. Marcus who works at the villa was very friendly and helpful and gave us lots of information on the local area. It was nice to be able to sunbathe on the roof terrace and it still being so private. As a family we had a great time and i’m sure we’ll be back.
