Best place to sleep in the city. Nice rooms, super atmosphere and lovely owners. You would love the place and the nice terraces. Central placed in the city with walking distance to everything.

Very nice Guest House in Olaho. Situated in a strategic location with an amazing roof view on the sea where you can have a very good breakfast. The room is so stylish and authentic...we loved it. Gino and Rose are excellent Hosts. Highly recommended

Zenit is a beautiful guest house. It is located in a beautiful typical Portuguese street which really helped me arrive and bring back those childhood feelings of Portugal. Beautiful clean rooms and a little cheesy but comfortable interior.

The rooftop cushions need a change and breakfast together with total strangers is not for everyone, so separate tables could help, but being with the family of the owner was a beautiful experience. Just: I am German and I don’t want to breakfast with other Germans, hehe.

Great welcome from Gino and Rosa, we needed a bit of guiding in with the car!
Set in the historic old quarter of town, 2 steps away from bars and restaurants and port.
Rosa served us luscious breakfast on the sunny (even in early March) roof terrace. Gino was really helpful with local advice.
Very well equipped bedroom and bathroom with terrace and comfortable bed. Our little dog had a good welcome too. A great stay, thank you both and we would definitely book again without hesitation.

Gino and Rose are friendly and really look out for your needs. We stayed for some days at the small accommodation with access by stair from our back door to the terrace. Lovely pictures we took. Breakfast was served everyday and it was always delicious. I had no complaints about anything. I am ready to come back there and have a lovely time again with my friend Leslie who also enjoyed a lot. We used the swimming pool that they hand out the keys to us (it is located 10 min away from the GH) was a lovely day. Communication with Rose and Gino are easy by phone, WhatsApp or by booking app or even getting downstairs in the morning you find then around. It feels like home and I enjoyed it!!!!

We recently stayed with Rose and Gino for a week. They were friendly and warm people, amazing hosts! Home from home experience.Rose prepared a lovely healthy breakfast each morning. The rooms were clean and very comfortable with a king size bed and a cosy balcony. You are literally minutes from the centre and beautiful marina. We will certainly be returning guests.

We had a wonderful time within the Zenit Guest House in Olhaó. Highlight was definitely the breakfast at the rooftop with a great view in all directions.
Also the host was very friendly and capable.

We spent an amazing time at Rose & Gino’s in Olhao! The room was clean, cozy, and we really enjoyed our breakfast on their beautiful terrasse. We even forgot to give back our room keys and could only come back the next day… Gino was comprehensive and super accommodating 😌

Nice accommodation centrally located in Olhao. We had a room with a terrace and we also had access to the roof terrace with beautiful views of Olhao and Rio Formosa. We were served a fantastic breakfast each day. Overall a very good accommodation with a fantastic nice host couple in Gino and Rose.

We booked very last minute for one night but Gino and Rose welcomed us with open arms! Super friendly and amazing clean! We would definitely book again and longer then. Fantastic breakfast included

Perfect place to visit. Very good location in middle of the old town of olhao. The house is very small but its traditional and perfect for up to 4 persons.

Its has a a very nice ambiente. The Guest House owner a very friendly...everything is clean and the Beds are super comfortable ... very nice flaire here i luv it
