Hotel Moon & Sun Porto

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Recommended what to see, restaurants, helped book excursions. Location of hotel was close to downtown. The room was nice and clean. Rooftop patio had great views of the city. Would stay here again.

We stayed at the Moon & Sun hotel for a business trip, and it was perfect. The location right in the center of Porto was ideal for us, the staff were very attentive and the breakfast included a wide choice.
We'll definitely be back on our next trip!

Very clean and centrally located to walk to almost everything. Great snacks offered in the afternoon and the rooftop bar is cool. Room is clean and shower is awesome.

Had a fantastic stay for one night after an overseas flight. Loved the afternoon pastry setup. The front desk staff was so kind and really set the tone for the hotel. There are so many good places to eat nearby. Loved the welcome drink and flavored water options. Great value for the price.

My only negative feedback is that the cleaning service came into our room while we were trying to sleep (before check out), even though we had a Do not Disturb sign on. Maybe it’s a good learning moment.

This was our first time in Porto, and it won't be our last! This hotel is in a great location and the staff is amazing. Everyone was very accommodating and made our stay remarkable. We tavelled with our 1 year old daughter, and the hotel even provided a crib for her to sleep in. Overall, best hotel option in the area!

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Porto, it is literally just a few minutes away from the Livaria Lello book shop! Super friendly service, amazing breakfasts and the sunset from their roof top is a must-see!!!

The staff at the Hotel Moon and Sun were absolutely fantastic. They were always pleasant and helpful--they made our stay in Porto especially nice. We needed a taxi to the airport in the middle of the night because it left so early. The hotel staff said, no problem, we can set it up. And, while we're doing that, why don't we make you a boxed breakfast since it's so early? Absolutely fabulous. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was nice. Hotel location makes Porto easily walkable.

The hotel was incredible and in such a perfect location as well. They were incredibly easy to communicate with, which is so important to me.

I enjoyed knocking back a few beers in the bar downstairs while chatting with the night auditor, and going up to the roof to enjoy the view at sunset.

There’s a great coffee shop directly across the street; I was able to get my iced coffee fix there. Right next door is a beef restaurant which was absolutely divine. I highly recommend this hotel!

Really enjoyed this hotel! Quiet rooms just a few blocks away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Staff was so kind and helpful, and the complimentary welcome drink, cold water, and daily snacks were an added touch

This was such a great hotel! The location is amazing. The rooms are great and the service was speculator. We were greeted with a welcome drink and the free breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes and famous landmarks. Great view from the top floor terrace.

Only downside is that it can get really loud in the evening from the nearby bars and street musicians. It's probably better on the higher floors.

LOVE this hotel and would stay again in a heartbeat. They have valet parking service that goes above and beyond. The hotel was a bit tricky for us to find so I parked our rental car and my husband walked to find it. He returned with a friendly valet who drove us to the hotel (which was much appreciated as the streets are narrow and quite busy as it was a weekend evening) where they helped us unload our bags then parked the car for us. The reception was outstanding. So helpful and friendly. The decor is tastefully chic and artistic. This hotel is very modern and we had trouble figuring a few things out such as how to work the tv and the wifi, even how to turn on the lights! (lol you must insert your room key into a slot on the wall to activate) and the receptionist was gracious and helpful, even after we called on him the 3rd time. Thank You! Our room was quiet and very clean. Bathroom is roomy with a great shower. Can't wait to return the next time we're in Porto!

I highly recommend this hotel in the centre of Porto. The location is ideal to see the highlights of the city. I want to personally thank Rui for helping me when I had an early flight. He went out of his way at 4am and ensured that my taxi arrived at the door.

Lovely modern hotel in Porto. We stayed for one night and got everything we needed. The hotel is very clean, the staff were very nice and attentive, the breakfast was tasty with nice coffee choices. We needed our car parked and the reception took care of that. Thank you, we felt welcome :)

This hotel is the perfect choice if you would like to have a romantic stay in the heart of Porto. You can easily explore the city by walk and see everything. The breakfast is super delicious. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The room was so modern and clean! You will enjoy your stay in this hotel for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We stayed a week. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is in a good location close to restaurants, nightlife, Bakeries, and the tourist sights. We would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I was very surprised at how nice this hotel was, especially for the price!! This hotel is extremely clean, the staff is very hospitable and the hotel is extremely modern. I wish I had taken more pictures of the room, but there is a large "mirror" in the middle of the room that is actually the TV screen. The movies and TV is in English so it's good to lie there and watch when you want to relax. It is in a great location that has a lot of wonderful restaurants close and some really good tourist sites not too far either.
