Just visited again this afternoon. The bank is located in Aliados, Porto. You can go here by walking, bus, car, or motor.

The queue for caixa is always long. I wish they can cut the line by opening 1 more caixa.

Pros:
1. The place is clean, cozy, and well-decorated.
2. The staff is nice and helpful.
3. You can open a bank account here if you have resident permit or cartão cidadão.
4. They have a machine to self deposit if you have novo banco account.
5. Free WiFi.
6. Free bathroom.

Novas instalações junto da Câmara Municipal Porto, muito diferente das antigas, maiores, modernas, com bom gosto e atendimento mais personalizado. Como todos os bancos, pouco pessoal, mas como actualmente estes têm pouco movimento, não se nota em demasia.

Muy bonitas instalaciones te confunden no sabes si estas en un hotel o en un banco , pero como cliente son cosas que no das mucha importancia lo que importa es el manejo de tu dinero y tus cuentas. Y en esta institución lo hacen bastante mal, no he podido hacer una compra en 2 años por Internet , siempre voy a hablar con ellos y te dicen "intente de nuevo" el manejo de cuenta es muy caro y nunca están de tu lado . No lo recomiendo

I went to open a bank account, the attendant at the information desk acted like he was doing me a favour.
Horrible Horrible Service!!!

If you love youself keep away from this bank. First, they said I can not open an account but I knew I was able to open an account because I studied my lesson. I talked with the man around 15 minutes and finally he understood he was wrong and he created the account. Then, he did something wrong and he closed some accounts somehow and created the new account. Because of that I am not able use my debit card in online shoppings. For a while later I decided to get a credit card. I went to the bank and first they said they need to update my address. Okay, I gave all my informations and they wrote it wrong. Because of that I couldn't apply for credit card. At any time when I go to the bank, I waste my time at least around 2 hours. Waiting and doing the process takes at least 2 hours. It's pretty bad. I don't recommend to anyone.

I agree with all negative comments I read from other customers. Totally incompetent staff who wasted my time without completing basic requirement of updating my phone number on the account.

Worst bank ever. Im sitting here for 2 hours already just to get a card. 2 hours! 2 managers are busy 2 hours, then one will go fir a lunch its crazy. Please avoid the bank

Very bad customer service. I waited for an hour just to get a little thing done but nothing happened. Really disappointed.

Unprofessional staff. Said it was open till three was not. Very rude woman left me with no card activated or even told me where to go

Worst and the slowest bank every. Minimum waiting time is not in minutes but hours.

A poor quality

O serviço é péssimo. Demorado. Todo um ambiente chique e tranquilo e depois o sr que está na caixa a berrar senhas como se estivesse num talho. Sem falar no facto de ter de vir em slow motion até a entrada para vir buscar folhas impressas. Surreal!

Hora de abertura 8:30. Nunca abrem à hora. Sendo a 1ª só fui chamada às 8:36.
