BOP Café

Went to BOP Café for an early dinner and enjoyed it very much. My veggie burger was excellent as were the fries. Had a delish IPA as well. My partner’s cheeseburger wasn’t the best ever, but tasty enough and it satisfied his burger craving. The service was excellent and it was a fun atmosphere. Will have to go back for drinks one night!

This cafe spot is super chill and cozy. They have the best macaroni and cheese I ever ate 😍
They generally have good food.
The staff is fast and attentive (which is rare in PT) and speaks PT but also English

Stopped by here on Saturday night for a burger. Had the Satan burger which could have been a little spicy for me but was really good. My wife had the cheeseburger Keto style. We also ordered the Mediterranean Salad. This is the first time in Portugal we have found such a great salad. Great vibe and they play vinyl albums all day. Since we live close by we will be back again.

As an American in Portugal, I'm on a quest for tasty, smashed burgers. BOP is legit. Love the Devil burger. Probably the best American style burger I've had in Portugal. Would be completely fantastic if they could somehow source American style crispy bacon. The house made fresh chicken nuggets are also worth noting.... Delicious. Would recommend.

As an American currently living in Europe, BOP Cafe scratched a long standing itch, for a good, beefy, American style smash burger. The double smash burger has a nice crust from the grill, and simply dressed with cheese, ketchup and pickles. The chili was also deeply satisfying, made with not ground beef, but rather pulled pork and brisket. We liked it so much, we went back 2 more times during our 3 day trip to Porto.

I guess I should also say something about the full bar and the all American diner decor. We also tried the Oreo chocolate shake which was a bit too watery. But who am I kidding, we only had eyes for the burger and the chili.

Great coffee and brunch place. Had the small plate of cheese with crackers and jam, together with a chickpea salad and an ice coffee. It was perfect for the sunny weather!
This place has great music too, American and African jazz.

We enjoyed some really tasty burgers/sandwiches with chips and an iced latte. Amazing food! You feel everything from the interior to the illustrations on the menu and the choice of music (vinyl) is made with love to style & details :) recommend ☝

Such an amazing discovery in the center of Porto. The place has an amazing menu and the food is really good, especially the burgers, you will definitely comeback to try it again.

Really like this place is such a cool place to lunch or grab a coffee, love the countless of vinyl records and the fact the music is all played in a vinyl record

Very trendy but laid back burger/ comfort food joint with great craft beer selection and generous portions. Reasonably priced on food and delicious. Not a place to go if you’re weight watching ;) . Craft beers prices were a little pricey but that’s compared to South Africa prices . They also have a great breakfast menu and killer coffee.

Went for the coffee, but the there's burgers and also other types of food. staff is super helpful and nice, eager to explain everything and share their experience and know-how. The style design of the tables and benches mimic the USA road by dinners, super cosy and unusual in Porto.

Calm and relaxing place, with a bit slower pace. There is a bit of waiting time for the food, but it is absolutely worth it. You can really taste that they put a lot of attention to the preparation. Very very good. Also very friendly staff. If I could improve one thing, it would be the fries. They are a bit below average. That is however outweighed by everything else, and for me this is a 5/5.

This is easily one of the best burgers I've tasted in Porto. I wasted the 575 ish beef burger and it was perfect. The satan's fries were so tasty as well! I'd totally recommend this place! The girls working here were super sweet! Definitely a must in Porto!

A really nice, cozy place. Awesome burgers and craft beer, also cocktails. Friendly english speaking staff. I can fully recommend visiting this cafe.

We went to BOP Café three times during our stay in Porto. We came back for the speciality coffee which is the best of Porto (we tried 3 different speciality coffees in the city). The Espresso-Tonic I ordered was exceptionally good (please put it on the menu, people will love it!). The burgers are also very nice. And the atmosphere is super nice, they probably have THE best collection of vinyl and THE best music installation of all the bars and restaurants in Porto. One thing that could be improved is maybe the giant nacho portion for two, which could easily feed 4 people as a main dish! Prices are fairly low (for Porto).

Came 3 times as it was next to our hotel, but would have come regardless because it is great american food. Smash burgers were perfect, and only place in Europe to get proper pancakes. Vibes are immaculate
