Everywhere you go in Funchal there are publicity boards advertising the Conservatorio’s Gala Concert. But there is no information on where to buy tickets. No website, no telephone number.

I went to the concert venue. Nobody there during the day.

I went to the Conservatorio. “Yes you can buy tickets here, but the colleague is at lunch until 1400.”

I returned at 14:50. The colleague is back from lunch.

“No tickets left!”

I am keen to see and support young musicians. Unfortunately, the Conservatorio makes this ridiculously difficult.
