beautiful, clean beach, not very wide, but long, so that you can go for long walks. There isn't a single bit of junk at all. Goes fairly flat into the water, should also be suitable for children

Very clean , the cleanest beach I've seen in my life (if this is standard in entire Algarve - good job Portugal). Wasn't busy in June. 2023 prices: there are two sets of umbrellas (around 100 of them in each) , the one on the east side cost 12 euro for a first two rows , 10 euro other rows. In July and August you need to add 1 euro. Price it's for a umbrella and two sun chairs for entire day. You can also pay for a half a day ( border line it's around 2pm). There are toilets and 2 restaurants , just 100m walk from a beach. Massage parlour next to western set of umbrellas. Small fee car park but you can park for free on all streets if necessary.

Beautiful and calm beach, with umbrellas and sunbeds, to rent for an honest price. It's ideal for kids and families. You also have a bunch of restaurants close by the beach. Kids will enjoy picking up the shells along the seashore.

Clean and beautiful beach. One of my faves. Water is also warmer than usual beaches on the coast.

Praia da Lota is the best place for me on the East Coast. Beautiful beach, not very crowded. Close to Manta Rota and Altura if you need to find a place for lunch or dinner.

A not so well known beach, with a wide area of white sand and a calm, relaxing ocean. The perfect combination between the Algarve craziness and calm.

Just lovely. Very clean. Warm water and very calm. Safe for children to swim and play.
