The best fresh grilled fish 🐠 in this region. Lots of options to choose.

This a nice restaurant (not too touristy) with some typical dishes. "Arroz de lingueirão" is a speciality which is for 2 but really enough for 3 people. Staff is kind without being overwhelming. Prices are reasonable.
I had take away of rice and grilled pork - everything was delicious.

In our last week we have visited many places, but this was the best one.
The restaurant itself cozy, with good atmosphere. Waiters were kind and fast.
The food was excellent!!! We tried catapalan and seafood rice :) portions are really huge.
Highly recommended this place ++++

This was one of my "want to go" restaurant since some time.
Finally we visit it and it was an remembering experience, to repeat, for sure.
Everything was perfect and a fair price.

If a restaurant's location isn't in a commercial area, if doesn't need to have a sign outside identifying it as a place of business and looks like you are walking up the steps of someone's home, and even so that same restaurant is full of very happy customers on a Tuesday at 12:30 you are definitely doing something right! An incredible meal overall, the freshest fish and seafood, attentive friendly service and great ambiance.
LOVED IT! Would highly recommend it if you want to avoid the tourist traps and want to experience authentic, amazing Portuguese food.

Even in Pandemic period we had a difficulty to find a take away restaurant. This restaurant didn't refuse us. Price and quality is absolutely perfect. Tasty oversize food, helpful and kind stuff. Strongly recommend.

First of all, funny staff with a very good mood! Good place for 'ameijoas' and seafood in general. Tried for the first time the 'arroz de lingueirao', and became a fan! Woule also recommend the sweet potato pie/cake for dessert.

The inside of this restaurant is great and the staff were very friendly and polite. The food is on a whole other level, you must come here. We stayed at the Eurotel hotel and this was approx 10min walk if not less. We ordered the seafood rice for 2 people. Make sure you come here hungry as they were so generous with the food that this could have easily fed 3 people. The fish is so fresh and the rice so flavoursome. We also ordered as a dessert the tres delicias do Algarve to take away and this was super tasty. The only downside is the starters could do with a slight improvement (vegetable soup lacked flavour and prawn salad was quite bland, the prawns were nice though).

Absolutely wonderful meal, the shrimps were amazing, as were the clams. The Portuguese steak was the best steak I’ve had in a long while as was the Pork kebab. Great staff, friendly restaurant and a must visit eatery in the Algarve.

Loved the extremely fresh fish. The raspberry and mango mousses were both excellent. Nice staff, reasonably fast service for the Algarve during summer. Very reasonable prices for the quality of the food.

Great food at great prices. This is my opinion the best restaurant for casual dinning in Altura. The staff is honest and friendly. The food is abundant and greatly cooked.
