Goldig Café & Take Away

Great. We’ve been here some 4 years ago and much loved this place, coming down for breakfast more than once as the service was super nice and the food really good. That same recipe hasn’t changed since, and that left me a very happy customer today — service has been great, everyone greets you with a smile.

Good value for quantity, we had veggie pancakes and veggie salmon (carrot) bagel + 2 iced latte coffee + 2 freshly pressed juicies for about 35 euros

Went here multiple times and the toast, bagels and coffee are very good. I especially loved the cappuccino and the pesto toast. People there were really nice and chill:)

Great cute little coffee place. We had an amazing soup of the day. They also have alot of vegan cake and toasts. Music is cute and the barista is very friendly and helpful. 10/10

This is the absolute best spot in Lagos for delicious healthy food! We had breakfast here and came back for more. Vegan salmon made of carrots!? It was phenomenal, and we're not even vegan. The whole staff is warm—gorgeous on the inside and out. They are also super child-friendly. Wish they had an outpost in Brooklyn ... I'd be there every day. Thanks, Goldig. Hope to see you all again soon.

Very cosy & friendly small café with vegan food.

I decided for cappuccino with oat milk (tall coffee possible too) and pancakes with blue berries & maple syrup.

They also have banana bread & chocolate brownie as well (they look so tasty, If I had seen them before, I would have ordered them.)

You can also choose between muesli and different types of toasts.

At 12pm they have a lunch bowl.

A huge metallic dispenser gives you water for free.

The owner is from Switzerland and took over the café in 2017, transformed and reopened it. Inside there are two places to sit for 4 people each, which one of them has 2 sockets to charge your devices. I didn't see if the other place has one.
Outside you have 3 opportunities to sit alone or with a group of yours and enjoy your coffee, fresh juice or smoothie.

All things are for take away too.

The staff is very friendly and tried hard.

delicious vegan breakfast, the carrot salmon bagel is just amazing!! also the muesli, coffee & fresh pressed juices taste great! we went here two mornings in a row, can absolutely recommend!

Super friendly staff, we made a stop from walking through the city here in the early afternoon. Had the avocado toast and the vegan salmon bagel with beer and fresh orange juice. Nice small place not so crowded like the places more centred.

We were family of 4, parents plus 2 kids, 5 & 3.
Ordered bread with hummus, olives, tomatoes and cucumber for the children. They devoured everything. They loved it. We couldn’t resist and had some ourselves. It came with 2 big slices of nice, thick, rustic bread. They waitress told us we could have had more for free but that they don’t like waste so we’d have had to ask in case we wanted some. We loved that! Great attitude! In the end it was plenty and the kids were really satisfied.
I also bought a beer (home-made) and my son spilled it while playing. I was really disappointed as I loved it. The nice lady came 2 minutes later with another beer (this one on the house).
Our mains also came. We took the dish of the day, beetroot curry. Presentation was amazing and it was pure goodness. It made me so happy, really put me in a good mood for the whole day.
We also took chocolate cake for the kids and obviously tried some.. it was delicious.
It all turned out to be 28€ish. Really really good value. Hope to go back before we fly home.
We are very grateful for the lovely time there.

Service was wonderful. Food was fresh. Coffees (latte and Americano) were solid. We had the homemade bread w/peanut butter (pequenina) along with the Pilau(veg n rice). Highly recommend if looking for healthy food options in Lagos. Well priced too.

Yummy and affordable vegan breakfast/lunch spot! The homemade bagels are great and the smoked “salmon” lox really hits the spot! The juices are super refreshing.

Amazing place! Homemade granola, cakes, bread and Bagels with amazing coffee and fresh juices. All healthy vegetarian and vegan food with gluten free and sugar free options. The vegan "salmon" bagel is my favorite!

Great little healthy breakfast spot with vegetarian and vegan options available. We got the vegan banana bread, cold pressed juice and and 2 'Quintas'. Service was fast and good was delicious!

Amaaaazingly fresh salad bowl, loved every bite. Delicious coffee too. We had to wait for a table but was worth it. The lady at the til is super nice fairy energy.
