Shabouco

This restaurant was just perfect! The best till now in all this Portugal trip. The starter was delicious, and the fish was just unbelievable fresh and so well cooked with plenty of vegetables. And there is also a fridge with desserts which are also very delicious. Everything is very good priced. And music was so nice that I was searching for few songs that I heard there to add to my playlist. Just wow, tis place was amazing!!!

The lamb was perfect, the fish was delicious. The juice we had was on point and also the dessert was tasty :) also the little shots with the orange strips very super smooth and delicious

We have been to Pedro and Maria's Sha Bouco's restaurant many times. We stay at a local surf camp and stop here at times for a sit in the sun, with a bottle of local wine, to chill and just talk.
All very friendly and food is excellent, the lamb tagine looks fabulous, though I've not tried, yet.

We returned 2 days later with 12 others and had a superb night out with great food, that every one commended as exceptional. Lily made our tables very welcome and was very attentive to all. A great place for a meal either as a couple or as a group.
Can't wait to return!

Excellent restaurant, the owner is a kind and friendly person as well as all people working in this restaurant. Nice decoration, good quality food, fish, meat, desserts, and wine. This is one of the best restaurants in the area, a must try.

Great family owned restaurant, definitely worth visiting. Huge portions, really tasty food. I recommend asking owners for catch of the day (we had sea bass and a squid on two different occasions). Great service, very helpful owners. They even had a spare battery to my car key :⁠-⁠)

Diamond in the rough for sure! Randomly stopped for lunch and we were pleasantly surprised. Great facility in a beautiful location with a great patio and or indoor seating. The food was very delicious and very large portions.

Excellent food, atmosphere, staff, prices. The portions are very big and there's a varied selections of styles and cuisines, which is usually a bad sign, but is a strength here as everything is done to perfection. The house octopus is especially recommended

We had the most amazing lunch at Shabouco! Great food (get the Octopus!) service and overall vibe. We felt super taken care off and would come back any time. One of the best meals on our vacation, down to earth with outstanding flavors.

This restaurant is underrated. Everything we ordered was delicious and absolutely huge. We especially loved the goat cheese, the pulpo rays, and the choriço. The duck was also very good. The garden is beautiful and the staff are very sweet.

Very warm hospitality, amazingly delicious dish (bife a casa), great choices of music and wonderful decoration. I will recommend this places to all friends out there who is planning to visit nearby. Thanks Marie & Pedro ♥

Great countryside spot before the road back to Lisboa. Appetizers, drinks, entrees for 4 at 100 euro. Good service. Would come back

Delicious cuisine and truly nice people ! All the fish and shellfish are great choices. The fried octopus is soperb ! Don´t miss the sangria. Even the pizzas are top! Do you know that place where everything you eat or drink you won´t forget...? We will be back !

A must go place if you're in Algarve. The food was delicious and the people extra friendly. The restaurant has a great vibe and a beautiful view.
