looks like a very typical beach-tasca but their service and the quality of the food was really worth mentioning. never ever had such crispy vegetables and such fresh fish (on a monday!!) in portugal. keep up the good work guys

Excellent seafood in Portuguese style. Great location right next to the beach. Service was really nice — attentive, humorous and good nature. TIP: Easy parking. Dogs welcome.

We stopped here on a coast drive Lisbon to Sagres. Wow, what a delicious surprise. I had the fish soup, and grilled prawns/ & salad. Both delicious and perfectly cooked. My husband had a beautiful big fresh salad, and then cuttlefish that came with a large bowl of perfectly steamed veggies, cabbage, cauliflower, green beans & potato. We had espresso and share a fig torte yum to end the lunch.

Restaurant is cozy in a nice place, from a terrace opens up a pleasant view. The food is cooked masterly. Products fresh. Portions enormous with the side dishes allmost impossible to consume for one person. Prices is inadequately low for such a huge portions. Staff is super polite and amiable. Tiped more than im used too, becouse, even thou the place looks popular, with such huge portions of high quality food beeing served for such a low price, they might bancrupt.(god forbid that.) 10/10.

Absolute best restaurant in the whole area. Beware, it says its closed on Google but it is OPEN. They are having some issues trying to update their opening times on Google, so even if it says it's closed its not. Go there, you will not be disappointed. Really good, fresh food, huge portions at great prices and the best service. The fish soup is the best I've ever had. I ordered sardines and was amazed by a huge portion of sardines with a beautiful mixed salad with homemade pickled red cabbage and a huge portion of steamed veg. We loved it. Thank you!

The fresh fish was amazing! The staff was also very polite. We had a nice evening. We think it is the best restaurant in the area. Really recommend going there.

Excellent food, huge portions, and fantastic staff

The staff is friendly. Without reservation, seating may only be available inside. The sardines and roasted chicken are very good. The desserts come in very generous portions! I would definitely come here again.

Super friendly staff and the food was super great! I had the cuttlefish dish and I loved it. And we finished our meal with the lemon cheesecake and the other lemon cake. Super great dinner! Will come back again!

We ate here x3 nights on our 5 day stay in Carrapateira! Fabulous food .. .and the BEST place to eat fish in the village. Friendly waiters and efficient service considering how busy, busy it is here . Everything cooked fresh . Amazing! You are best to book though as it is very full with locals and tourists every evening!
We went during the Covid situation but the whole place felt very clean and waiters were vigilant re santising everything between guests.

The chicken and lamb was juicy and delicious. The mussels were the best I had in Portugal.
